The location of the hotel is geographically good. 5 minutes walk from Kostanay Plaza. The territory is well maintained! Private Parking, everything is in the cells! For people who like to smoke, there are smoking rooms on each floor.
The rooms are cozy at first glance. But if you find fault with the little things. Then Ostap got carried away . For two nights there was no cleaning even once!!!
There is no drinking water in the rooms. Actually, as well as the cooler on the floors! There were also disadvantages in the bathroom, the toilet seat is hanging on one ear, the shower mount does not hold (at half past five), the hot water runs with gaps (it just abruptly ends hot and returns after 30 seconds), half a roll of paper (apparently from other guests left), there are no packages in the trash containers! But the most relish is when repair work is underway on weekends (apparently such happiness fell on our dates) workers walk on the roof at 8 am (we lived on the 3rd floor), and at 9 the puncher starts! Even an evil neighbor who has been doing repairs for 4 years does not allow himself to do this!
The breakfasts are normal, but even here we got it: there were no clean forks, there was no drinking water in the carafes. The coffee machine ran out of water. But there is no staff!!! To inform you! I'm not a fan of negativity, but something didn't go according to plan!
In general, judge for yourself, but I'm not coming back!

A cozy hotel, of course without stars, but the staff is friendly, if you ask to clean the room, they will certainly clean it, breakfast is included in the price, very nice (buffet) the rooms are cozy, 2 double beds, bathroom combined, you have a refrigerator, split system, for smokers there is a smoking room on each floor (for me this is a plus) , overall 5 points out of 5!!!

The rooms are clean, the linen is clean. The shower is also clean, but I wanted to put on my slippers anyway. There are all accessories: shampoo, soap, disposable brushes, slippers.There are enough towels. The girl at the reception is polite. Breakfast buffet.Satisfying, delicious. A large selection. Oatmeal porridge, omelet, scrambled eggs to choose from, vegetables, butter, cheese, fruits, tea, coffee. We were surprised by such abundance as in a Turkish hotel. We had a good rest.

Not a bad hotel. Of the advantages, there is a large shopping center with a sauna complex nearby. It's close to the airport. Breakfast is like breakfast. Of the cons: if you are next to the kitchen, you will hear how breakfast will start cooking at 7 am.

Overall, a good hotel, friendly staff. But on the day of our stay here, a wedding was taking place in the restaurant on the ground floor. Music, screams, footsteps in the corridor - the hotel guests could forget about normal sleep.
Thank you for changing the room from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor at our request. With the windows closed, we were able to sleep here.

The room is clean, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. There is a smoking room on each floor (probably relevant for smokers in harsh winters). The water is hot/cold, the pressure is normal)). Kettle, refrigerator in the room. Used soft drinks, chocolate, beer can be purchased at the reception. Breakfast is a modest choice, but delicious (milk porridge, fried eggs, sliced, toasts, pancakes, cereals). Not GREAT for the lack of hooks in the bathroom, a broken hanger and low-quality toilet paper

But the hotel is located on the edge of the garage cooperative and not far from the railway - in the rooms facing the garages in the evening and at night, door slams are often heard (and it seems to be sounds from the courtyard of the hotel, not from the garages) and train horns, which sometimes hum for a very long time and lingeringly (I heard 3 or 4 in the evening there were such trains, the latest one was around midnight - in the dead of night they either did not exist or I did not hear them). Therefore, if you stay for a few days, then choose rooms with windows facing the street and at the ends of the corridor - in the center of the corridors on the floors there is a room for smokers - you will hear a constantly slamming door

A beautiful hotel both inside and out. Spacious and cozy room with a mini-bar. There is a floor hanger. Underfloor heating. There is a smoking room on each floor. The windows faced the railway. This noise did not bother us as much as the audibility from the next room. There's a blockage in the shower. Toilet paper of the lowest quality, without a holder, just a roll lying on the toilet tank. There is no desk, just a bedside table with drawers and shelves.

I didn't really like the organization of the check-in and eviction - there is none. Personally, I didn't understand anything. I ran to the reception several times , as it is very difficult to get through .
And in such a large hotel, only 1 person works (at least in the evening and before 12 o'clock lunch, we did not see anyone there except the chefs) who receives guests , and accompanies , and cleans rooms and wants to eat . Of course, this greatly affects the quality of service.

I ask you not to skimp on employees.
You have a beautiful hotel, but the service spoils everything. I will not name the Administrator, because I think she has nothing to do with it.

The hotel is not suitable for non-smokers, there is a road on one side of the hotel and a railway on the other. It's cold with an air conditioner, there's not enough air without it, you're suffocating. I woke up in the morning with the feeling that someone else lives in the room with you and he smokes right in the room. One single night passed with difficulty. The breakfast is standard, at a price of 3000rubles per night is acceptable.

We stayed with a friend at this hotel, the price was inexpensive, clean enough, a simple breakfast. The room is spacious and has many windows, there is a refrigerator with a bar. But now about the disadvantages :
There was no hot water either in the evening or in the morning, I washed and screamed from cold water!
There was 1 bed and 2 sofas, but this is a prop, it is impossible to sleep on sofas. A friend tried and went to sleep on the floor, it's more convenient this way.

What did not like about the Astam hotel:
1. The staff represented by the reception administrator ignores the requests of the guests. In our case, please replace the batteries in the TV remote control, we were just given a remote control from another room and it did not fit. I had to turn on the TV with my hands.
2. Upon check-in, a deposit in the amount of 5,000 tenge was taken for using the bar, which consisted of a couple of cans of beer and snacks, which there was no desire to touch. And in the morning, during the eviction, the administrator tried to accuse us that a bottle of water was drunk, although we brought our own water from the store.
3. The room has tea facilities and an electric kettle, but there is no drinking water for tea.
4. A mattress pad was placed in the closet of the room as a blanket, and it was very old and dirty. How can I use this at all?
5. Breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is a standard hotel set according to the buffet system. The administration pasted an inscription on the coffee machine - "Coffee is paid 400 tenge, pay at the reception." OK, but for all attempts to pour coffee for myself, the machine only gave steam into the cup and I had to drink tea from a tea bag.
6. In the bathroom, when trying to take a shower, the search for gel or shampoo led to two small bags, the volume of which allowed only hands to be washed.
7. I booked two rooms in advance for myself, my wife and two sons, what was my surprise when we were given rooms on two different floors, although I asked them to be nearby. Obviously, the administration or the representative of the hotel at the reception does not give a damn about this.
8. The design of the hotel is very pompous and the excess of design elements for the classic style hurts the eye. The rooms are not cozy from the word at all. In addition, the cold attitude of the staff does not add to the desire to return to this hotel.

We stayed in a Deluxe room. The room is quite spacious, the bed does not take up most of the room, as is often the case in hotels. The bed is a full-fledged double bed, and not made up of two half-beds, comfortable. There is a kettle, a hairdryer in the shower and even disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste. In addition to a set of towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided, only initially, for some reason, one large towel and one bathrobe were missing, a solved trifle, but the sediment, as they say, remained))
If you get up early, you can also get to breakfast - it is included in the price and is served from 8 to 10 in the morning, but we did not go, I cannot estimate.
The main disadvantage of this hotel, which did not allow me to put a five, is the lack of air conditioning, in a new hotel of this level it should be by default. A fan was installed, of course, it did not really help, since it was more than 30 degrees outside and the room was warmed up during the day, I was in no hurry to cool down at night, and it was such a pleasure to sleep sweating.
