A good hotel within walking distance of everything you need in the city. It is 5 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to the market maximum. There are many shops and catering places nearby. Each room has air conditioning, TV (few channels, but TV is not needed on vacation), shower with soap, fresh bed linen, delicious and hearty breakfasts. Of the disadvantages of staying in a hotel: "cardboard" doors through which everything can be heard. The temporary lack of water and electricity to the hotel is not directly related, in general, this happens in the city.

The Assir Hotel is literally 5-7 minutes. from the embankment, and you will go in the opposite direction - the central market and, a little to the side - a beautiful small park with a fountain. The hotel is very cozy, very calm and polite staff. There is a small fenced area, tables , armchairs and all this under the roof. You can sit and sort of, in the yard. The breakfasts were very hearty and delicious, and every day is different, but the cheese was always (very tasty - not salty and not bland) . Feijoa jam was very tasty for me (I tried it for the first time). Surprisingly, it turns out that there are no batteries in the houses at all. We were in March , it was warm in the hotel . Obviously, the peculiarities of the climate allow, by setting the temperature regime of the air conditioner, it is enough to warm up the rooms. Our whole group liked the hotel. I recommend it!

A good hotel, clean in the room, bed linen and towels are changed,there is a hairdryer, there is water in the refrigerator, there is air conditioning. There is no set of disposable detergents. And there are no balconies, which is a big minus. Because of this, I took off 2 stars. A dryer is offered on the floor or on the street to hang your underwear and swimsuits for everyone to see. In the 21st century, it's like coming to a remote village. There is a cafe, but you can't eat there, because you need to order from 10 people. Well, there are other hotels nearby where you can easily come and have breakfast, as well as a dining room nearby.

Cozy, clean, well-renovated hotel. 10 minutes from the beach. 15 minutes from the city center. 5 minutes to the Central Market. All this on foot, without hurrying. Quiet area. Shops are within walking distance. The room has everything you need to stay. There are no balconies in the rooms, but a dryer for things in the hallway. There is also an ironing board and an iron. The best hotel, though not in others.
Let's start with the main thing... He's right in the center of Sukhum. The market is 3 quarters, the sea is 2 quarters, there are a lot of places for lunch 2 quarters. The breakfasts are hearty at the hotel, that's for sure, you can take Lipton tea for yourself in the evening or warm up food in the dining room. There are also drinks for sale and even alcoholic. Wi-Fi is fast.
There were minor flaws about the hair dryer and shower, but these are trifles.

The location of the hotel is good. There is no cleaning, bed linen and towels have never been changed in 4 days. The garbage was taken out every day, that's all the cleaning. There is only a kettle and glasses in the room. No tea bags, no sugar. There are no slippers either. There are no table lamps, only the general light. Very strong audibility, I don't know how on the floors, but on the ground floor you can hear everything. The territory is compact, the administrators are responsive.

We arrived here at night. The hotel is inexpensive. The girl who answered us was very helpful. She tried to help us leave the border. Due to the fact that the taxi drivers asked for a lot of money, she said she would make a discount.
We arrived, but there was no light.
We went to bed, but when we woke up, he was also gone. The phones are at zero, no Sim cards or Wi-Fi, we came not on vacation, but on business. It was still cold at night, my wife slept dressed.
The staff is really very cool and it should be noted. But in order not to take any chances, I rented another room in another place. They didn't take any money for that night, and that's cool.
We needed the room for 7+ days.

I have been vacationing in Assir since July 27. And it's really a miracle. Assir in translation from Abkhazian is a miracle. The rooms are cozy and clean. Everything is new, everything works. Snow-white underwear. Daily cleaning service. Delicious and hearty breakfasts, thanks to Irma. The sea is less than 10 minutes away. There is a market and supermarkets nearby. Of the disadvantages, there is a common dryer in the hallway and very expensive laundry (500 rubles, and even then nothing was washed). You can also have breakfast for an additional fee, 300 rubles. There is usually a lot of varied food for breakfast: porridge, toast, jam, tea, fried eggs, etc. There is also a veranda at the entrance to sit with the company outdoors. The sea is relatively close. Very often, the room was cleaned, towels were changed. The linen and towels were in perfect condition. There is always water and light, even when there are interruptions in the city. I liked the hotel, we will come again.

To go to Abkhazia again - no, and no again. Everything is very abandoned, the swing has been abandoned since the Soviet era, the sea is not so hot (ours is no worse than black), but here you come from the road and run hungry, there is no infrastructure for vacationers - they live only for themselves. There is a split on the strength, a market where you can buy souvenirs and that's all.
