We ordered a bio toilet on 13.04 and agreed on delivery on the 16th-17th, on the 1st the guy called and said that they would not have time to bring it by the 16th-17th and promised that they would bring it on the 20th. The 20th came, we started calling in the morning to clarify when they would bring us, at first the guy said he would clarify and call back, he did not call back in an hour, dialed another dial - the girl picked up and promised the same thing, clarify and call back. After another hour, they just stopped picking up the phone on all the numbers. As a result, they called another store, where they bought a toilet on the same day. I do not recommend this store, irresponsible people work.
