The House of Friendship, as it is also popularly called.. very often, various concerts and events are held there.. moreover, very often the entrance to such events is free. Which is very encouraging..
Only the pros. Especially concerts. Of the minuses, there is an assembly hall on the 3rd floor. It's hard for old people to climb the stairs and go down to the toilet on the first floor during a concert. The elevator is disabled unfortunately.
There are several creative groups representing the peoples of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ukrainian, Slavic, Gypsy, Jewish...) The atmosphere is very friendly. Concerts of bands are often held. Admission is free.
Everything is great, but you don't always know when events are taking place there, where to find a poster?

Incredibly interesting and bright concerts take place every holiday. After each performance of the assembly, unforgettable impressions remain.
Interesting scenarios, bright costumes, friendly staff, insanely kind and responsive artists. And most importantly, admission to the concerts is free.
