The spa doesn't work, and neither does the gym. The light doesn't work everywhere. There was a plate under the bed in the room, replacing the ashtray, taking into account that smoking is prohibited in the room. It's dirty. The bathroom is all broken (tiles). The shower is broken - it looks like nails were hammered with a watering can... I did not collect compromising material in the form of photos of all this outrage. The photos of the hotel on the website or booking have not corresponded to reality for a long time.
