Excellent service, I liked everything, the staff is super, great location, quiet in the room, very convenient restaurant downstairs and massage (on request in the room, add only 100 baht), Parking only for bikes, we rented a car, parked in a nearby hotel, very profitable exchanger (opposite).
One huge disadvantage! If you forgot something edible, after a couple of hours all the ants from the neighborhood will come running (the advice is to bring something from the ants in advance).

I really liked the hotel, everything is excellent, the location is 300 meters to the beach, staff and general service. Delicious breakfasts with a variety of fruits. A good inexpensive hotel is not far from the airport. There are shops and cafes nearby.
Friendly staff. Clean, cozy, quiet. The problem with air conditioners is the same for everyone. They blow right on the bed, knocking you out of bed 😂 good breakfasts. There is a swimming pool, but we did not have time to go there, as we only checked in for the night.
They also have a free transfer to the airport.

The hotel consists of several buildings. I didn't live in the main. It's a whole quest to find him. I couldn't find it myself for several days, until I remembered, even though I took a photo. Food, there's a cafe downstairs. But the prices are 2 times higher than at the market or street food. Banzai Market is a 15-minute walk away. There's plenty of food there.
Bike rental is 250 baht per day.
The location is excellent. To the sea, semerochka, 5 minutes maximum.
Well, the cost of 3000 rubles a day is very decent and budget-friendly.

It's an awesome hotel for three stars. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Slaughter breakfasts, mostly European cuisine, plus fruits. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly, although in fact all Thais are friendly.

The hotel is good. They clean it daily!! Clean towels and pastel linen are provided every day. Everything will be washed and cleaned. Breakfast- see for yourself, but it's the same every morning (I'm tired of such breakfasts on day 3) I found a shop across the street 7/11, there is a coffee shop, you can have breakfast there (or alternate) delicious fresh coffee and to your taste either a Sandwich or breakfast or a sausage in dough (it is sooo delicious, appreciated not only by me).
Take the rooms in the 1st building, in the second one the rooms are slightly worse. Wi-Fi is working.t is stable. You can buy a SIM card for 199batt (600r) on 7/11 and enjoy the Internet in 60GB!!!!

A few minutes later, a young man came and completely changed the boiler. They don't take tips, but we treated them to a Russian chocolate bar. The room has everything you need, cleaning was done often, the bed was always beautifully made, towels were laid out, floors were washed. Towels for the beach are given at the reception under the signature in the magazine. Bike rental is available at the hotel. The cafe has delicious and varied breakfasts. We stayed in this hotel for 10 days in March 2023. Excellent location relative to the sea and infrastructure, decent breakfasts. Polite staff. Clear. Mosquitoes were flying. The rooms are old, the underwear has also seen better years. In the shower, the water is always slightly warm, the head and other vulnerable places were washed without enthusiasm. We were placed in the second building. There is a massage parlor on the ground floor. We went to it in the evenings before going to bed. All rooms face the wall and are very noisy. There is a laundry downstairs, and air conditioning units are installed on top of the neighboring building. If it weren't for these little things, the rest could be considered ideal. If possible, we would return to this hotel again.

There are small balconies with chairs and a table where you can smoke, who smokes. It is very important who does not like noise, you can safely settle in this hotel, but so that the windows do not face the roadway.

first, they settled in the main building. on the 2nd floor. there were constant problems with water. with pressure, that is, that is not. and with the temperature, it is hot, then sharply cold. it is impossible to take a shower comfortably. on the second night, I noticed bites all over my body - there were either bedbugs or fleas in the room!!! He asked to be relocated. Fortunately, there were available rooms. they moved to the 5th floor in the attic. the situation is so-so. There is no balcony. but there was no choice. the room was already without livestock, but the water problems remained. when asked to solve it somehow, they ignored it.
2. Breakfast. monotonous and not tasty. in 2 weeks, they got bored.
3. The location of the hotel is its only advantage. the sea is across the street. the street is quiet. nearby 7/11.
will I recommend this hotel - no. it is better to pay extra, but take a better hotel. I'm definitely not coming back here

This place in Patong is sparsely populated, quiet at night. The second building has been renovated. The elevator is working. The breakfasts are decent. Everything is fresh and delicious cooked. The classic rooms are quite spacious. There is a balcony. There were no problems with hot water. The staff is polite, solves all problems quickly. If possible, they change the room without additional charges! A car with cheap fruits arrives on the next street. We took a wow tour on the website and it turned out to be the cheapest and their manager comes to the hotel. Not far from the hotel there is a small market where you can buy inexpensive seafood and they will be cooked right away. As a result, if you go to this hotel with your family, everything is fine, but going to break away is definitely not here

We were here at the end of December. In principle, I liked everything. The room certainly does not pull in 3 stars by European standards, but this is normal for Thailand. The room has everything: a TV (although we never used it, there was no need), air conditioning, safe, WiFi, refrigerator, toilet, shower, hairdryer, kettle with tea/coffee set. The furniture is certainly not the first freshness, but it is good enough, a large double bed, a very comfortable mattress, there is a small sofa, a table and two chairs on the balcony (view from the balcony to the neighboring building, however, taking into account dense buildings, this phenomenon is everywhere, or we need to take rooms on the upper floors, we had 3), wardrobe with hangers. Cleaning and changing towels every day, bed linen was changed 1 time (we were there for 7 days), as well as 2 bottles of 0.5 water and shampoos / gels were brought every day. I didn't really like the bathroom, the shower is not separated from the toilet by anything (no curtains, no doors), although they put a towel on the floor every day to protect us from moisture. The tiles in the bathroom are old, kind of clean, but the view is depressing. We took a tour with breakfast, it was almost the same for breakfast every day, but there is still plenty to choose from. There were fruits (watermelon, pineapple, dragon fruit), salads (cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, bell pepper) and about 7-9 dishes of different directions (local and European). The location of the hotel is very good, far from the night noise. The beach is on average a 7-10 minute quiet walk away. The streets with all kinds of entertainment are 15-20 minutes away. In general, the whole of Patong is very compact, everything is within walking distance. The beach is sandy, beach towels are free at the reception, the water is warm and clean, there was no storm or mud during the whole vacation, it rained only once and then at night, although according to the forecast it rains daily. The pool is on the roof, but we have never been there, we spent all our time on the beach. There are a lot of street food vendors, the food is normal both in price and taste, there were no quality problems either, although the guides warn against such food. In cafes and restaurants you can find food for every taste, the portions are very large, so do not order several dishes at once. Every cafe has an Internet connection. The price tag in the cafe is on average 300 Baht (600 rubles) per person, street vendors are much cheaper, but there is less service, in short, who likes what. There was a night market near the beach every day (except for the last day of our stay, I don't know why), There were all sorts of things, food, basic necessities. In the market, bargain boldly, prices are initially overestimated, then you can buy a thing 2, and sometimes 3 times cheaper than the original one. By the way, you need to bring large bills with you if in dollars, since the exchange rate for large bills is higher. The lowest rate is $1-5. For euros and rubles, the exchange rate does not depend on banknotes. The exchange is best done upon arrival at the hotel, there are several exchangers nearby, choose the course. Shops and pharmacies accept international bank cards. In general, we are more than satisfied with the rest, but we need to go for at least 14-18 days, because you can't see everything in 7 days, but if you are only interested in the beach, then 7 days is enough to warm up and relax.
