In terms of price /quality ratio, I put 10/10
We lived in the apartment for two weeks, January-February. We are not one of those travelers who came to "look at the walls" and look for flaws)))
Wonderful apartments to stay in winter, very warm and comfortable. We lived in a studio on the fourth floor. The elevator is working. Everything you need is there. We felt at home. It's five minutes to the sea, five minutes to the bus stop. There's a shock grocery store around the corner. The reception is open 24 hours. All issues were resolved with lightning speed. The beautiful Diana speaks excellent Russian.
I see that many people did not like that there was no cleaning, but Diana always tells guests that at the first request they will clean your room, you just have to ask. That's what we did, no problem. The Internet is free, high-quality and fast.
Once again, we thank the Aspendos extra staff for a wonderful and very comfortable stay in the apartment !!!
Soon we will return only to you !!!
P.S. My advice to guests is, do not pick on the little things, live, rejoice and travel! It's still worth it!!!

We visited last year, it was fine and we went in 2024.
The hotel has become a terrible one, no one cares about the customers, even the owner, is ready to evict at any moment:
- they do not clean, they cannot hire staff, they are not ready to pay normal salaries;
- the lazy lady at the reception, frankly says she's holed up;
- dirty terrace, sofa cushions, nipples and other dirt under the sofa, dryers are falling apart. Everything has to be asked or even demanded!
- a path made of broken tiles, a separate topic, is dangerous for movement, the child stumbled and broke his leg and arm very badly, they just sent him to pay for the clinic.
RUDENESS AND DIRT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!
We are busy with new hotels, and this was left to chance!
The vacation is ruined.

A solid four out of five. Overall, the apartment is nice, but it looks worn (somewhere there is broken glass in the kitchen, shower doors, shabby walls in places, etc.). It is located on a fairly quiet street, a 5-minute walk to the sea. If they give you a number from the street side, then it's good. And there are rooms on the ground floor by the pool - I think this is a very noisy place, people often come to it. The pool itself looks great in the photo, but less than those I usually used in other hotels. At first it was clean, but after a week small debris floated, apparently the cleaning system was not well thought out. The room has everything you need for cooking and living, while I always recommend taking your favorite frying pan and kitchen utensils with you for comfortable cooking. The linen was changed once per week of stay. The cleaner is alone in the whole building and it seems that not everything is in time, so they took a vacuum cleaner in the hallway and cleaned themselves a couple of times. They also took out the garbage themselves. By the way. For eco-activists, there is a container next to the building for receiving several fractions of recyclables, so that bottles and cans are not thrown into the trash, but put into recycling on the way to the sea. Another plus is that there is one employee at the reception who speaks Russian, you can solve everything with her. The rest of them communicate a little in English. And it is important that someone is in place for 24 hours so that you can come and leave without problems at any time of the day. There are no normal canteens nearby, so grocery stores help out nearby so that something can already be cooked on the first day. Of the disadvantages, there is no private beach, but only a public one within a 5-minute walk. There is a lot of small debris on the rocks, because even the locals arrange picnics on the beach, immediately throw out cigarette butts, small debris, etc. There are no sun beds and umbrellas, only on neighboring beaches, perhaps you can rent for a fee. The sea itself is not completely transparent, because the open area and the wind constantly have waves. Therefore, I cannot call a beach holiday excellent, but quite good. Another advantage is that the Internet is working, and an employee helped me call the transfer company that I hired, but the application was buggy and it was not clear when the car would arrive, whether I would catch the plane.
