One of the advantages: location, closer to the city (without traffic jams for 10-15 minutes and in the center), everything is nearby, there are pharmacies, minimarkets and a vegetable store in the courtyard. 5 minutes from Aport East. In summer it is cool in the courtyard, there are not so many children in the courtyard (there is little noise from children), beautiful view of the mountains.
On the downside: there is no parking (whoever has time has parked), it is impossible to leave quietly in the morning, you stand in front of the ring for at least 20 minutes and it is very noisy. Trucks and the final bus stop are constantly honking and it's dusty. The eternal construction site opposite is knocking. It's dusty, very dusty.

A terrible neighborhood the security service is just some kind of mockery brought people by Yandex. two old ladies called with security agreed that the barrier would be opened otherwise they stood for half an hour to let me out, they don't want to force me to hold this what is it, boorish and disrespectful ill-mannered attitude towards people.

A nice beautiful courtyard, excellent apartments and many shops nearby, which is a great convenience. Beautiful design and nice neighbors. In general, it's good!!
