I like a large, beautiful playground, a large football field, a barrier thanks to which other people's cars will not enter the yard once again, it is also nice that there is a concierge, enough trees in the yard, within walking distance of a magnum, pharmacies, cafes, etc., convenient transportation to both the left and right banks. One of the disadvantages is that cold water is often turned off, water often leaks in the entrances, on the floors, the lights are often turned off, last winter the batteries were hot and the apartment was warm, respectively, but on this topic the batteries were slightly warm and it was cold. All this creates uncomfortable living conditions. Perhaps this is due to the work of the KSK, which serves this residential complex. The LCD itself is not bad, but mold may appear on the walls on the shady side. The elevators are working properly, clean and comfortable.

I was on a visit to the Aspan railway station. There is a good courtyard, an excellent entrance. Apartment 1 studio is good, but one minus is the ground floor, a very low window can get into the apartment.
