Very friendly staff, powerful, delicious breakfast, excellent location.
It's cozy, and there's a great mess hall on the ground floor for a large company.
The disadvantages are cramped rooms, but this does not spoil the impression.

A cozy, clean, small hotel. The bathroom is perfectly clean, new plumbing, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo,
slippers. Snow-white towels and bed linen. The friendly hostess suggested where to have a delicious dinner, and in the morning she served a wonderful breakfast.

We stayed from 9.09-10.09. We were two families , the rooms were gorgeous , clean to the point of insanity !we took rooms without breakfast, but in the morning the lovely hostess treated us to coffee with the most delicious Charlotte pie. Thank you for your hospitality🙏🫶🏻

A good mini boutique hotel, only 5 rooms.
The hostess is very welcoming, such a pleasant woman, always happy to prompt and help.
The rooms themselves are very clean and fresh, the breakfasts are very homemade and varied, freshly baked khachapuri, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam, boiled eggs, fried eggs and a fresh raspberry cupcake were on the breakfast table. And tea; coffee is optional.

Great hotel! I recommend it to everyone! Clean, small room, newly renovated, comfortable mattresses, which is not always found in Armenia. Adequate, not high cost. Shampoos, toothbrushes - everything is there. A very tasty varied and large breakfast. The hostess is very friendly.

Nice small hotel near the center of Goris. A cozy room, the water gurgles pleasantly on the street (the city has a irrigation system from the river in the mountains).
Breakfast is good, modest, but hearty.
There are several grocery stores nearby.

Convenient location for visiting attractions (Shaki Waterfall, Khndzoresk cave town and swinging suspension bridge, Tatev Monastery and Tatev Wings funicular, Kazanchetsots Church, Unot Canyon (Dzdrduz), Umbrella Waterfall, Amaras Monastery, Shtorashensky Sycamore (Tnjri), Monument "We and Our Mountains", Gandzasar Monastery, Mayraberd Fortress, Shushi Fortress (Shushi-berd), Tigranakert fortress, Dadivank Monastery, Jermajur).
