There was insurance for voluntary medical expenses. I've applied 2 times in a year, and each time, in order to get something from them, you need to study all the medical protocols and make sure that the conclusion is written clearly each time, otherwise they will have a thousand reasons to refuse... having insurance, you don't even want to apply once again, because when you're sick, you don't have the strength, and then you need so much moral strength to prove something... I've never set foot in them again, although I've been afraid for many years, but I've never seen anything like it.

Briefly and to the point, everything is fast and, most importantly, everything was explained to me and suggested how to do it correctly. The time was really longer than I planned. Recommended by 👍
Accident/illness insurance was purchased abroad. I had a skin condition that was treated during insurance. Upon arrival at the office, all original receipts, prescription, and visiting form were provided. There were dates on the checks. I received a letter in which I was told that the money would not be refunded due to the fact that there was no name of medicines. As usual, they found loopholes only to not pay anything. At the pharmacy where I bought the drugs, the receipt was as it was. I couldn't ask you to make me a check with the name, I think it's logical)) or run around the city and look for a pharmacy where they would make me the check I need.
And of course, no information was given specifically what the receipt should be, I didn't even know about it. It seems to me that even if there were names, they would have come up with something else just to not pay anything.
Therefore, I do not recommend this company, money will not be paid to you in situations like mine))
I wouldn't even put one star on it.
One laugh.
