Как только договор был заключен, первому обратившемуся ответили, что на усмотрение страховой компании, они будут записывать для оказания медицинской помощи, только в государственные медицинские учреждения, и что между нами, и представителями страховой компании произошло недопонимание. Скажу так, это не недопонимание, потому что более 20 присутствующих человек не могли не понять, а это просто ЛОЖЬ и ОБМАН со стороны этой компании... На просьбу дать номер телефона директора, он всегда находится на совещании, никогда вас с ним не свяжут... Еще можно очень много интересного написать, не хочу тратить время, а просто хочу еще раз дать хороший совет - обходите стороной эту компанию!

Приёмы врачей не оплачивают, хотя входит в пакет, принимают обращения, но в итоге не высылают гарантийное и не оплачивают потом по чеку. А разбираться с ними ни сил не желания нет. Нужен был анализ, связанный с ЦНС, в пятницу сказали, что оплатят, в понедельник сказали, что анализы по ЦНС не страховой случай. Судя по истории наших обращений в рамках медицинской страховки, у них все случаи не являются страховыми. Поэтому крайне не рекомендую оформлять у них медицинскую страховку! С другими компаниями такого отношения не было.

Подтверждают отправку гарантийного письма, а затем оказывается, что это высоковостребованный врач и говорят что не могут оплатить. А списки высоковостребованных врачей им некогда, да и вообще дорого проверять.
Затем предлагают самостоятельно на приёме уточнить как и что мед.центр будет прописывать в чеке, при этом сама и оплачивай.
После недоразумения, компания вникла в мою нестандартную ситуацию и решила вопрос по справедливости.
Порадовало, что в "АСОБА" работают ЛЮДИ, которые смогли помочь в трудную минуту.

Будучи застрахованными через эту конторку, будьте готовы к тому, что когда срок действия страховки закончится, вам придет письмо, что вам вдруг надо оплатить какую-то часть медикаментов (у меня страховка покрывала посещение определенных докторов и покупку некоторых лекарств). Якобы страховка их не покрывает, хотя фармацевты всегда проверяли перед продажей по страховке, входит ли препарат в список тех, которые можно купить по моей страховой программе.
Самое подлое в этом всем то, что придет письмо тогда, когда увы уже не будете клиентом конторки. Для меня не было бы проблемой вернуть деньги за лекарство и купить вместо него то, которое подпадает под страховку (хотя вопрос, почему вообще мне его продали, остается - подозреваю, из списка его убрали уже позже моей покупки). Но когда уведомляют об этом практически год спустя (покупала в июле 2021, письмо пришло в июне 2022) - это лучше всего говорит об уровне клиентоориентированности такой "организации". Позорище, не рекомендую!
