Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Asmald.

The place has become disgusting, prices have increased and the service has decreased. There are a lot of children in the pool without adults, they behave terribly and do not react to comments. Grown men just walk around in their underpants, and take pictures of women on camera! Solvent people are not allowed to bring their own drinks, and non-solvent people can have their own, the rules are not for everyone! They made a farce out of a quiet decent place! I do not envy the vacationers who rent rooms here!

A hotel with a service level of 0. When booking a room with a double bed in advance, in fact they check into a room with a single bed. The reception informs that there are no other rooms available, but at the same time there are at least 5 double rooms available for booking.
I don't think the information in the booking is incorrect. Coffee at breakfast is paid.

We were from August 8th to 17th. I liked everything very much! Clean rooms, helpful staff. The hotel is located in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle. Towels were changed every other day. I liked everything very much! Thanks to the staff! We will definitely come back again!

There wasn't a big joint in the bathroom, the shower was leaking, but I think it will be fixed very quickly. There is a swimming pool. We didn't get to breakfast, I wanted to sleep))))). Everything is clean and fresh.

Probably the best hotel in Kokand . Clean , the staff speaks Russian , make your arrival at the hotel as comfortable as possible . A small minus for those with children. Breakfasts are aimed at adults rather than children. But it doesn 't matter . And so everything is neat, you can always find a place near the hotel parking lot. WiFi is also everywhere .

He lived for a month during a business trip. during this time, it is impossible not to find a problem) the shower flows, periodically there is no electricity, the breakfast is pleasant, but monotonous. a very expensive restaurant - prices are about x2 from cafes in the area. The pool is pleasant, but sometimes guests splash around so that there is no desire to chill at it. The staff does not record the order, then asks again, forgets and everything like that.

Breakfast is not bad. The TV was not working at the time of the stay. No one came to fix it. They left used slippers, someone's hair in the sink, bed linen with stains, it seems that they did not change. The cost does not correspond to reality.

At the entrance you are greeted by a beautiful hall with a waterfall, and in the morning at breakfast a girl plays the saxophone. The waiters are very nimble, as is the room service. One of the best hotels in the city of Kokand. With its own atmosphere, courteous staff, and a good breakfast. The price doesn't bite either. Everything is clean. There is a qibla and joynamaz direction icon in each room. One thing is: in the new building (there are standard rooms), the sound of the air conditioner unit was strongly audible in my room (very strongly), but when I turned to the staff, they immediately gave me another room. In other respects, I recommend this hotel!

The staff is very forgetful. We booked by phone, but they didn't book a room and we had to use the phone records to find out who didn't book a room for us there. This situation has happened to us twice. It's not very pleasant when you book, but they don't wait for you there and say that there are no available rooms.
