A good hotel for a relaxing beach holiday. The beach and the entrance to the sea are ideal, there is a decent distance to the buoys, you can swim in plenty. The food is good: fish, chicken, turkey, beef, lamb in any variants. It may not be as diverse as we would like (seafood and champagne are not to be found), but it is very tasty. The staff is polite and helpful. There is practically no territory for walking.

We have vacationed with our family at this hotel three times! Always in the middle of May! This year we are flying on May 15-28! Everything is always super there! Air-conditioned room,mini-bar refrigerator,gifts from the hotel for the second and further time! We were presented with mugs, a bottle of wine and fruit in the room! A trifle? But it's nice! You already know everyone by sight! The staff is friendly! I will not describe everything again, there is already a lot written here and everything is correct, but I always recommend it to everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We had a rest in the period from September 5 to September 16, 2020. The weather was wonderful! Wonderful staff! No matter who you turn to, you always receive support and a kind attitude towards vacationers! The sea is nearby, the beach is sandy, clean, well maintained! All rooms have sea views! There are many different excursions. The food is excellent, no queues! During the day on the beach and in the evening, animators Sanchez and beautiful Anna turned everyone on perfectly! You can watch them for hours, professionals in their field! And if you talk to them, they are simple and interesting people who love their work and are proud of their work! My company and I decided that we would definitely return to this hotel for a vacation next year!

I really liked the hotel. It's simple: the wind from the sea right through the window, go out on the balcony and you're on the beach (by the way, we've never had this personally, since even staying in premium class hotels, you still had to get to the sea through the entire surrounding area), the food is excellent, always available (I liked it, that the buffet area with very tasty desserts was always unobtrusively set in the lobby of the hotel). The hotel is focused primarily on relaxing on the beach itself (there are no questions at all: the beach is at arm's length in excellent condition with sand) and on high-quality food, which can generally be traced from the name itself... Therefore, there is no territory as such, but it is more than compensated by the shoreline: if you want to go left, you want to go right... it is better to go to the right - there is the whole life). The room stock, despite its apparent simplicity and some dilapidation, but it is with its rustic rattan furniture that it creates a complete atmosphere of a serene and relaxing holiday. By the way, until recently, the hotel was used exclusively by our German comrades, for which, probably, they should be grateful, as guarantors of the quality of services provided. Would you like to go a second time? Undoubtedly.

Hello, everyone. We bought a tour in Moscow on Tsvetnoy Boulevard in the Intourist company. We were supposed to fly from Sheremetyevo airport at 3.30. We chose the hotel based on reviews, but we were mistaken. I do not advise anyone to buy a tour through the Pegas tour operator. The day before departure, we received a letter from the travel agency that we were removed from the flight and assigned to another flight that flies 12 hours later, although we paid extra for this time when choosing a tour, so as not to lose a day of rest. Our numerous calls to Pegas and Intourist did not yield results. We left Moscow at 15.30, as Pegas wanted. We arrived safely in Antalya, while we received our luggage, the transfer to the hotel is already 23.00. We were immediately given a room and escorted to it, but not the one we bought with a sea view, but with a side view. I went down to the reception, telling them that the sea view was paid for, the price difference in them was 30 thousand rubles. They explained to me that there were no other rooms, that a representative of Pegas would arrive tomorrow and solve the issue with him, he is also a guide, they offered to spend the night in the proposed room. My family and I couldn't sleep all night until morning because of the noise from the arriving cars. In the morning, after breakfast, we had an appointment with the guide Ramis at 10.00. After he told me about the excursions, I turned to him that I had paid for a room with a sea view, and I was given a room with a side view of the sea and the roadway, where the noise of cars makes us unable to sleep. He said that in 10 minutes we would go up to the manager and talk to him. The manager's name is Suleiman, who said there was no room. I turned back to Ramis that I would not leave this question like that, and in response I received: Wherever you want, go there. I had no other way but to negotiate with the manager, because this Ramis was very rude and inhumane. After a long conversation with the manager, I finally persuaded him to give me a room with a sea view for $ 100. A few hours later, when I was smoking at the entrance, Ramis (a representative of the Pegas guide at the hotel) passed by me and I told him that there was nothing you could do here and it was good that there were other people with whom you could solve the issue. Then he asked me to step aside with him. I was with my wife and daughter at that moment, so I left them at the entrance and went with Ramis. We were walking along the road, 100-150 m from the hotel, he called someone and I understood that he invited someone to come to the hotel, after he started yelling at me, saying that I was nobody and calling me in any way, that people would come now and me and my family They'll take you to an unknown destination and I'll show you who I am there. I've been working here for a long time: we'll steal you from your room, I have all the duplicate keys, so whatever number they gave you, live there, you'll start crying, you'll regret it and hit me in the face with your fists several times. I did not answer him, because I am in a foreign country. My wife and daughter saw this situation. I ran away from him, went to the reception and asked to call the police. They told me that they did not call the police to the hotel, asked what happened and I told them everything. They connected me with the representative of Pegas in Antalya, Alexey Lopushko. He told me that he would come in a few hours and we would talk. He arrived at about 6 p.m. He offered me compensation in the form of excursions in the amount of $ 100 for the whole family. I refused the offer and demanded that I be provided with a lawyer and an interpreter, which are prescribed in the contract, because they do not call the police. After calling her lawyer, she arrived an hour later. They talked to Ramis - I don't know what about, then I got into the car of a lawyer and an interpreter and we went to the police. My wife and daughter should not be taken, because they are an interested person, the police said. I spoke Russian there, they translated it into Turkish, I signed up, trusted the translator. Then the police called Ramis to come and half an hour later Ramis arrived with a scar on his forehead. I didn't touch him. When I asked them to look at the hotel cameras at least an hour ago, where they could see the absence of scars, the police replied that they would figure it out. Ramis wrote a counter-complaint against me that I attacked him and he has witnesses - the whole hotel. The two of us in the same car with one policeman were taken to Alanya (an hour from the hotel) for a medical examination and then brought back. What should I write about this hotel after that? The room in building A is on the 4th floor with a large loggia. Two rooms, 4 separate beds, each room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, carpet on the floor. There are fewer cars to be heard, with a view of the sea. The water drain in the shower is bad. The room is well cleaned. For a small amount - 5 lire - good quilt patterns. The safe and Internet are paid (in the lobby for free). The food is 4+ (monotonous). The service in the dining room is 4+. Lobby bar 5+. The sea is nearby, but in places with algae. Spa 4. The main thing is safety - 0. A very boring hotel. Some pensioners from Europe, it looks more like a boarding house "Magadan" than a hotel, the hotel is not 5 *, as they say in Russia, but 4 *. I do not advise people under 45 to go to this hotel. Good health and good rest to all.

I really liked the beach, the room itself: large and clean. The windows overlook the road, but it's not critical for me. There is fine sand on the beach. Towels are given to people over the age of 12, it is not convenient. The kitchen is normal, there are purely European dishes and it pleases. For 4 stars, as the hotel is declared.
