Good location by the sea, great beach, friendly reception staff, no normal juices, only powders (unlike Ask Lara, all drinks are excellent and original), I didn't like the noise from the road at night, the room was on the 5th floor with a side view of the sea, after 3-4 a.m., it was quiet for a few hours, and you could sleep in peace, so it's better to send 3,000-4,000 lira and take a room with a sea view (there will only be the sound of the sea), the hotel has another building across the street, there is a tunnel (only for the hotel, clean, bright, with music and pictures) but I can't say anything about this building, all I know is that it's cheaper. The food is normal, you won't stay hungry, very tasty Turkish pide and pizza, I recommend it.

The beach is wonderful, sandy, lots of sun beds, umbrellas, the entrance to the sea is excellent, not deep, the bottom is sandy. From 10 to 16, you can eat ice cream, or drink ayran with a flatbread. We lived in Building C, which was accessed via an underpass. The room is decent, there is a refrigerator with drinks, water was brought every day. Gel, liquid soap is poured in a container. One of the disadvantages is that there is no toothpaste and a brush (they asked at the reception, they gave it to them), bathrobes are not provided in the rooms, they were not enough. Every evening, except Sunday, there was entertainment: dancers, circus performers, gymnasts, disco.In short, there are more advantages than disadvantages.I recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel with calm sea and sandy beach. The sea is warm until late autumn because it is relatively shallow, although everyone who needs it will find the depth. The food is good. Animation is certainly not like in big hotels in Turkey with big concerts and artists, but alcohol is fine. There are a lot of Germans, and I think they live all year round without leaving, but they don't really bother. Except that they smoke sooo much. To enjoy the hotel, be sure to take only the buildings by the sea and overlooking the sea. If you take a view of the city in a remote building, then walking through the hotel and looking at the highway... it would annoy me. But if you take a room with a sea view, you will get the effect of being on a ship, as the hotel is very close to the coastline. For those who like to walk there is a long coastline. Markets and shops are also within walking distance. In general, the hotel is good for summer and autumn holidays.

This is a great hotel! We had a rest in July 2023. There was a large beach area, umbrellas and sun beds were enough for everyone. The Anex building is nearby, it takes about 3 minutes to walk through the underpass (the passage smells good and music is playing). We're even glad we lived there, the cars didn't bother us. It turned out to be much quieter there than in the main building. Food for every taste, you will not stay hungry. Sandy beach. Wi-fi was always working properly. One evening, the lamp in the room burned out, and the staff immediately fixed the problem. In general, everything is fine. Some people write that it is for holidays with children, or for pensioners... I also read that there are mostly elderly people there.… It is not true. People are different, there are many Russians. Grocery stores and a market can be reached on foot if you exit the hotel and turn left (10-15 minutes). I recommend the hotel!! We'll go there this year too)

We stayed at the hotel last year in August, we really liked everything, the beautiful sea is just a step away from the hotel. Good, caring staff, all our room requests were taken into account. The kitchen was very decent, everything was delicious and varied. The room was excellent, everything worked. The only negative was weak Internet, it only works at the reception, but it didn't stop us from enjoying Have a rest ! This year we will go to this hotel again. We had a rest with my husband from 04/26/2025 to 05/03/2025 at the ASKA JUST IN BEACH 5 hotel.
We really liked it.
The hotel is cozy, the rooms are decent, clean, towels are cleaned and changed every day, the beds and pillows are comfortable, you go to bed and it's like in zero gravity. The room has everything, TV, hairdryer, shower gel, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, small refrigerator, water, cola, fanta, tea, coffee, kettle, cups, glasses.We got a room with a sea view. There is a safe, it pays 2 euros per day. Wi-Fi is free only at the reception, if you want it in the room, you have to pay.
The staff is wonderful, friendly, and speaks many languages, including Turkish, English, German, and Russian.
The hotel is mainly used by Germans of retirement age.
The food in the restaurant is excellent, everything is there, the food is delicious, fish, sausage, trout, mackerel, various meats, chicken, vegetables, seasonal fruits, cheeses, strawberries, delicious small bananas, oranges. Sweets, pastries, whatever your heart desires. There was always honey in the honeycomb for breakfast, the grill was set up, take as much as you want.

Tea, coffee, water, juices.
The waiters are very friendly, the service is super, they work quickly, they clean the table, they are not intrusive.
We wanted to mention the work of the waiter Tunagan, a wonderful man, pleasant in communication.
The hotel has a gym, spa, hammam, and massage services. Ilkan, a Turkish woman, gave me a massage (I hope I spelled her name correctly), her hands are just magical, I really liked it. I recommend it.
The hotel has swimming pools. In the evenings there is always animation, they entertain vacationers, a disco, they arrange some kind of shows, in general it is not boring.
But the hotel is not milking young people and small children.
As I said earlier, some elderly Germans are vacationing there, and my husband and I needed a beach vacation this time to reboot, get enough sleep and gain strength.
The beach is wonderful, the sand is fine, and the entrance to the sea is gentle, not deep, the sea is clean.
Would I like to come back here?
Yes, I would come again.

I have been to this hotel several times, and the first time in Turkey.I was lucky to get into a very nice hotel in beautiful Avsallar.And now I always strive here.I've always lived in the Annex, to make it cheaper.The hotel has everything thought out for the guests.Good nutrition. A good hotel, the main contingent is Germans of retirement age, so it's quiet and peaceful. We went in March, the sea was cold, in this case there is an indoor heated pool.
The food is basic in Turkey, good. The staff are all very nice people, most of them can speak Russian. There is an opportunity to play lawn and small tennis. But there's nothing to see around at all.

The beach is well maintained. We rested in the buildings. The main contingent of vacationers are Germans. And the animators are mostly tuned in to them and therefore felt a little uncomfortable at evening events. But in general, we are happy with the rest.

A good hotel if you like a relaxing holiday.
Contingent: The majority of the hotel's guests are Germans 55+. No one is boring, everyone is polite, there are no psychotic mothers with screaming children, and gentlemen who overeat with free alcohol.
Service: The staff is cultured and responsive.
However, the cleaners do not always bring all the necessary towels, there are no bathrobes (who cares), cotton swabs were delivered once during the entire vacation. Tamara, the receptionist, came across at the reception. I recommend. He speaks Russian well and helps effectively in various matters.
Food: The food is good and varied. Meat, vegetables, fish, pastries, and so on. (Alyakarta serves good steaks of beef and red fish).
Alcohol: Surprisingly, they serve good beer from taps, Tuborg is much better than our Russian one. I haven't tried any strong ones.
Entertainment: The beach is great, in my opinion. Fine sand, gentle entrance, but not far if you want to go deep. No long piers. Anmatorov did not have time to evaluate.
Separately: The hotel has a "Blue Flag". This is an international mark for the cleanliness of the beach and the quality of the infrastructure.
They just need to change their "tired" umbrellas.

Good time of the day! We stayed at this hotel from 09/02/2024 to 09/29/2024, in the additional building "C", Anex room on the fifth floor with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. The passage to the building is through an underground passage, there are two elevators. The hotel is for pensioners or people who just want a relaxing holiday. There is no playground, as well as animation. Something is being done for adults. There are two small pools on the territory, located almost on the beach. I really liked the beach itself, the sand, the sea with crystal clear water. There are almost no Russian-speaking staff. The contingent is mainly elderly Germans who smoke a lot and everywhere (on the beach, in a restaurant).The room has a kettle, a mini bar, and a triple cleaning service. The hotel is tired. The food is without frills but good, meat, fish, turkey, chicken, fruit, ice cream every day, I won't say about alcohol, I didn't use it). It's a little hot in the hotel, the air conditioners can't cope. Places on the sun beds should be occupied in the morning. We rested at the hotel in July 2023 in building A. A wonderful hotel, the cuisine is beyond praise, quite a lot of seats in the restaurant. The beach is sandy, not pebbly, clean and warm sea. There are a lot of sun beds, no need to walk and take up places on the beach. In general, we definitely recommend it, well, of course, more impressions will remain if the room is located in buildings A and B, building C is located across the street, to the beach and to the restaurant it will be necessary to pass through an underground passage.
PS advice, when you book a room, consider one point that some windows overlook a very busy and noisy highway which of course will be a big hindrance.

The most beautiful hotel! We arrived about a month ago, I'm still impressed. The location is just great! Within walking distance of popular shops like Bim and Migros, LC Waikiki, markets, bus stop, taxi, etc. The hotel has very tasty and high-quality food, lots of tables, good drinks, coffee, tea. (For us it was a plus, because we wanted a quiet rest). The hotel is mostly German, but there are also representatives of other countries. Very little is spoken in Russian. The food is varied, very tasty. There is meat, fish, various pickles, etc. Different types of sweets and fruits. Different alcohol of local production. 100 meters from the hotel there is a different bazaar with clothes and so on, a pharmacy and a large LC Waikiki store. Prices for everything are mostly in euros, take dollars and lira. At the bazaar, the course is set apparently by themselves as they want. We lived in building A on the 1st floor number 106. The view from the window is visible in the photo. The beach is gorgeous, the entry into the water is perfect. Sand!!!Of the minuses: the windows on the ground floor are located so that it is easy to get into them. Always, leaving the room, they closed the balcony. (As people write here, I probably did it for a reason). Keep this in mind. At 10:00 in the morning, all the sunbeds on the beach are already occupied. Beach towels are very tubby. And another big minus is that foreigners smoke a lot, there are ashtrays and so on everywhere, BUT there is no division into smokers / non-smokers. Internet is only available in the lobby, if you want to go to the room - 2 euros per day. The safe is also paid. It costs the same amount - 2 euros per day.
In general, the rest was very pleasant, the wife and child are happy. I recommend the hotel.

We rested from 02.01.23 - 08.01.23. The weather was +18, +20 in the afternoon, cool in the evening.
Now about the hotel :
We checked in immediately, the room was on the 4th floor in the main building without a balcony, but with panoramic windows. The view from the window is the D400 highway. It was a little noisy, but it didn't bother us. The bed is comfortable , the mattress is gorgeous, snow-white linen ! The chest of drawers is a bit shabby. The TV is small, with Russian channels ! Cleaning every day , change of towels ! A nice closet, there is a mini fridge ( drinks were replenished every day - cola, water). The kettle in the room, tea, coffee, sugar were updated every day!
The hotel has a heated swimming pool and an outdoor pool. But they are very small, in season it is probably too crowded for everyone to swim there.
The most important ones+
1.the beach and the sea on the territory of the hotel!
2. The food is excellent, varied and delicious, 3.alcoholic beverages are not diluted!
It is not suitable for young people, since mostly elderly people rest at the hotel. The animation in the evening is aimed at the adult contingent!
But this did not bother us, since we rented a car and went out to Alanya to walk and shop, of course) we only slept, ate and sunbathed on the beach at the hotel! The territory of the hotel is just a beach with a gorgeous sand!
My assessment is for a relaxing holiday, without children!
