We had a rest from October 3 to October 12. The hotel is quite decent, the food is normal. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. The sea is clear. The beach is well maintained. We rested in the buildings. The main contingent of vacationers are Germans. And the animators are mostly tuned in to them and therefore felt a little uncomfortable at evening events. But in general, we are happy with the rest.

Good time of the day! We stayed at this hotel from 09/02/2024 to 09/29/2024, in the additional building "C", Anex room on the fifth floor with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. The passage to the building is through an underground passage, there are two elevators. The hotel is for pensioners or people who just want a relaxing holiday. There is no playground, as well as animation. Something is being done for adults. There are two small pools on the territory, located almost on the beach. I really liked the beach itself, the sand, the sea with crystal clear water. There are almost no Russian-speaking staff. The contingent is mainly elderly Germans who smoke a lot and everywhere (on the beach, in a restaurant).The room has a kettle, a mini bar, and a triple cleaning service. The hotel is tired. The food is without frills but good, meat, fish, turkey, chicken, fruit, ice cream every day, I won't say about alcohol, I didn't use it). It's a little hot in the hotel, the air conditioners can't cope. Places on the sun beds should be occupied in the morning. We rested at the hotel in July 2023 in building A. A wonderful hotel, the cuisine is beyond praise, quite a lot of seats in the restaurant. The beach is sandy, not pebbly, clean and warm sea. There are a lot of sun beds, no need to walk and take up places on the beach. In general, we definitely recommend it, well, of course, more impressions will remain if the room is located in buildings A and B, building C is located across the street, to the beach and to the restaurant it will be necessary to pass through an underground passage.
PS advice, when you book a room, consider one point that some windows overlook a very busy and noisy highway which of course will be a big hindrance.

Pros-there are Russian speakers in the lobby, they help you navigate, the room is clean, cleaned every day, the food is delicious, there are souvenir shops nearby, pharmacies, an exchanger.
Preference is given to the euro.
Cons-the noise from the road is very audible in the room, some of the staff are German-oriented, they clean the dishes and serve drinks first of all to them))) I just had lunch, the Germans were sitting next to me, their dishes were removed immediately, 3 waiters walked past me, they didn't even turn their heads... It's funny to watch)

Vacationed with his wife and 4-year-old child in October 2023. In general, I liked everything. The ticket cost 200 tr. The hotel is quiet, focused on people of retirement and the elderly. (For us it was a plus, because we wanted a quiet rest). The hotel is mostly German, but there are also representatives of other countries. Very little is spoken in Russian. The food is varied, very tasty. There is meat, fish, various pickles, etc. Different types of sweets and fruits. Different alcohol of local production. 100 meters from the hotel there is a different bazaar with clothes and so on, a pharmacy and a large LC Waikiki store. Prices for everything are mostly in euros, take dollars and lira. At the bazaar, the course is set apparently by themselves as they want. We lived in building A on the 1st floor number 106. The view from the window is visible in the photo. The beach is gorgeous, the entry into the water is perfect. Sand!!!Of the minuses: the windows on the ground floor are located so that it is easy to get into them. Always, leaving the room, they closed the balcony. (As people write here, I probably did it for a reason). Keep this in mind. At 10:00 in the morning, all the sunbeds on the beach are already occupied. Beach towels are very tubby. And another big minus is that foreigners smoke a lot, there are ashtrays and so on everywhere, BUT there is no division into smokers / non-smokers. Internet is only available in the lobby, if you want to go to the room - 2 euros per day. The safe is also paid. It costs the same amount - 2 euros per day.
In general, the rest was very pleasant, the wife and child are happy. I recommend the hotel.

We rested from 02.01.23 - 08.01.23. The weather was +18, +20 in the afternoon, cool in the evening.
Now about the hotel :
We checked in immediately, the room was on the 4th floor in the main building without a balcony, but with panoramic windows. The view from the window is the D400 highway. It was a little noisy, but it didn't bother us. The bed is comfortable , the mattress is gorgeous, snow-white linen ! The chest of drawers is a bit shabby. The TV is small, with Russian channels ! Cleaning every day , change of towels ! A nice closet, there is a mini fridge ( drinks were replenished every day - cola, water). The kettle in the room, tea, coffee, sugar were updated every day!
The hotel has a heated swimming pool and an outdoor pool. But they are very small, in season it is probably too crowded for everyone to swim there.
The most important ones+
1.the beach and the sea on the territory of the hotel!
2. The food is excellent, varied and delicious, 3.alcoholic beverages are not diluted!
It is not suitable for young people, since mostly elderly people rest at the hotel. The animation in the evening is aimed at the adult contingent!
But this did not bother us, since we rented a car and went out to Alanya to walk and shop, of course) we only slept, ate and sunbathed on the beach at the hotel! The territory of the hotel is just a beach with a gorgeous sand!
My assessment is for a relaxing holiday, without children!

We are currently resting at this hotel. This is definitely a solid 3*!!! The hotel is only designed for Germans, they are courted, they do not pay attention to Russians!
Cons, there are many of them:
Unfriendly lazy staff!
The staff does not understand Russian and English, only German and Turkish!
The hotel is sooo old, the doors fall off in the room, the refrigerator door does not close, dirty carpet, everything in the restaurant is full of holes, old, dirty, completely killed!
The pool is sooo small!
There is no territory at all!
The linen was made with fresh bloodstains after cleaning!
In elevators and public places, toilets, it is very dirty and it is clear that the dirt is old. The elevators are all dirty from the inside!
Positive:
Gorgeous beach and sea, clean, almost no waves, excellent entry, there are always enough sunbeds!
Good food, huge selection, sooo many delicious fruits, delicious pizza!
Good evening shows!
Overall, the room cleaning is good except for the linen incident!
A gorgeous outdoor terrace with amazing sea views in the restaurant, but it is always very smoky with Germans and Turks!

Vacationers and employees were injured, taken by ambulance to hospitals. And after that, they tried to air out the hotel all day, and at the same time no apologies from the general manager. I'll start with the very check-in, the entrance group, the lobby is rather a solid 3+, at the reception for our entire vacation, they could not respond to any of our wishes (except for replacing the room with an additional fee of 100 €) and answer questions, all with one answer "it is impossible" "the director does not allow", a special person at the reception Tamara, who knows Russian, is the most unfriendly and repulsive person, the Internet is only in the lobby, so that there is Internet on the territory of 2 € per day, which was constantly turned off, as the phone was blocked, because of which she missed and did not notice important messages, we arrived with a company of 3 girls and 2 children of 4-years ago, when choosing a room, we took it in the C building, with the expectation that we would just sleep there, since we are not picky about the nuances, but despite this, the rooms are of course creepy, everything is very, very old, smells damp (this of course can be attributed to the fact that the hotel is on the seashore, but in other 5* hotels I have not met this) a special feature From the building is the view that opens from the balcony of the Bambei and the backwoods, old abandoned low-rise buildings in the courtyard of which there is a pool with green blooming water, the next day at a meeting with the guide, we were moved to A building, to the famyli room although when choosing a room, the website said that there are no such rooms, the vacant room for us, of course, is also a fire, a huge terrace, two rooms, carpet on the floor, there is also a smell of dampness in the room, the conduits are newer, but the question when they were cleaned remained a mystery))) then the rubber seals in the shower flew off, then the Condiment flowed (straight into the sneakers that stood under it, and this considering that we did not turn it on), the doors to the terrace in both rooms were not in good order, one closed, but with little effort from the outside, it opened easily to close the second the door, it was necessary to make an effort and get used to it, but why close the door if we are at the seashore and do not turn on the air conditioner (they blew right on the bed where the children slept)
Now the most interesting part......)))))

In Barcelona, money was stolen from a bag in the central mall under video cameras, which is really surprising here. I really liked the hotel (ultra all inclusive). We were with my wife from May 15 to May 21, 2003. The territory is not large , well-groomed , the staff is polite , helpful , everyone is happy to see you, no sour faces. The food is great, everything is fresh, there is lamb, beef, fruits, a huge selection of desserts. Juices , water, alcoholic beverages are not charged. The hotel is 95% German, beer was drunk from morning to night. Pools with sea and running water. There are many sun beds, its own sandy beach. There is a sauna (spa), all inclusive. Ice cream for free all day. The room was cleaned regularly, everything was clean and fresh. It is better to take guided tours slowly, be sure to look at the locals, the prices are different and, as a rule, grabbing from the guide is more expensive (that's how we got there). We were in 2019. I liked everything very much: the staff is friendly, the room is nice with a side view of the sea, the sea is two steps away, the beach is sandy. There is a bar on the beach, ice cream, and delicious tortillas are baked. There is a gym, small shops, and if you take a bus nearby, there are also large shops. We liked the food, you can choose according to your taste. We are going to visit this wonderful hotel again. Have a good rest for everyone.
