For 6 N 2 vzr + reb 12 years with a flight from Moscow Time, 151 rubles came out (the flight is expensive, so the price of the hotel corresponds to the stars).

Service - 3 , dirty glasses on a regular basis (poorly washed). There was enough food for everything, they gave ice cream 1 time a day. There were almost always enough sun beds by the pool and by the sea . The entrance to the sea is both from the pier and gently sloping.
The Internet is $ 2 a day, it ships well.
The view is gorgeous, there is almost no animation.

The hotel positions itself as a 4*, but in fact it is a three. The rooms, although clean, have not been updated for a long time. The air conditioner is installed so that it blows exactly on the bed. The hotel is just lovely! Kind, helpful staff. Cleanliness is everywhere, both in the rooms and on the territory. Everything is constantly being washed and cleaned. Great entertainment for children and adults. They arrange holidays for vacationers with all sorts of goodies. There was a very lovely ice cream cake on a Turkish night. But there's a problem with alcohol. All alcohol is poured, as they say, into thimbles. I have to beg and often approach the bar counter. Everything else is fine. The food is also varied and delicious. You need to go down the stairs to the sea a little bit. But it's not difficult. Along the way, you can go to the bar for a snack, drink beer and ayran, and eat a very tasty flatbread with fervor.

good location, excellent entrance to the sea, sandy beach.
The food is delicious.
The animators are trying their best.
Good cleaning, cleaned daily.

the hotel is very tired.
Furniture, doors, bathrooms - almost everything needs renovation!!!
Terrible, just terrible entrance to the beach!
To get down to its sandy part, you need to make your way along a dirty wet path to an improvised descent and try not to fall.Does the hotel really have no means to make a normal descent, as it is done at the neighboring Utopia Beach?
A very inconvenient staircase that descends from the pier into the sea, you can make normal wide steps instead of round metal jumpers!
And now a little bit about bars.
Plastic, plastic and plastic again!
Otherwise, the hotel is worth the money. I will definitely recommend it!

Rested from 18.10.2023-25.10.2023. Of the advantages in the light of recent events, very correct staff, responsive, fairly good cuisine (not fancy, but very tasty), animators boys seem to be trying, but poor knowledge of the language and monotonous program (no girl, just cute). Of the minuses: the old fund, the rooms need repair, at the reception they directly beg for money for a good room, you have to go to the beach by not safe stairs. And the cherry on the cake!!!! Nearby there are cleaning stations and on the last day there was a discharge of sewage into the sea, a stink on the beach, stains on the water and flocks of fish that eat it.

We were in August 2024, the first day we were settled in a five-star hotel of this chain, too, it was disgusting and the staff and boredom were impossible, the pool was small, in the morning we were asked if we wanted to stay in five stars, respectively, we refused and we were taken to four stars Asuka Bay and here we really liked the staff excellent, everything for children, the pool is great, the view is super, the animation is super, the cooking is great. The hotel we stayed at left a terrible impression. Yes, the sea view was gorgeous, but this is the only thing that can be noted positively. Everything else turned out to be one continuous series of disappointments.
Let's start with the "beach" of this hotel. I would rather call it a piece of land the size of a flower bed, through which flows some kind of foul-smelling stream flowing from a nearby hotel. The descent to the sea was so steep that every time we tried to descend, it seemed that we were in danger of a convulsive spasm.
If you are planning a trip with children, then forget about this hotel. There is no food for kids there, and what is served for adults is simply overly salty or peppery. And you can forget about the stroller on the beach at all - the way to the sea will be a real test.
The territory of the hotel is modest. The rooms look as if they have been frozen in time - old-fashioned and modest.
As for the alcoholic assortment, there was only beer and some strange cocktails that tasted the same, as if they were prepared according to the same recipe.
So, if it wasn't for the spectacular sea view, I wouldn't even think of giving this hotel at least one star. In general, I do not recommend it, and I do not understand how a hotel with such disadvantages can gain five-star reviews. We fell for them and now regret our choice.

Nice hotel. The views are awesome!
The food is delicious. Our building was clean, in others there are mosquitoes and old rooms.
The staff is excellent and friendly.
The main disadvantage of the hotel is its beach and descent to the sea. Water flows down from the mountains directly to the beach, because of this puddles form and the water goes out. Lying down is unpleasant. But the sea itself and the setting are good.
A 10-minute walk to the city beach, here it is magnificent.

I don't know who recommends it, but the hotel is 3*. It's as if the TV didn't end up in Turkey, but in a boarding house. The room stock, even in the new complex, is simply dead. We had a rest with our family in early August from 08/05/24-08/11/24.Terrible hotel. I don't recommend it. There is no air conditioning at the reception. The room is terribly stuffy.The food is so-so, the menu is monotonous. The hotel is dirty, no cleaning is done in the rooms, especially upon check-in.Wi-Fi is free only at the reception.The beach of this hotel is a piece of land the size of a flower bed.The mattresses on the sun beds are in poor condition. A great 4-star hotel! The city beach is not far away, sandy, gently sloping, there are also sea entertainment. The food is for four, but there is no queue in the dining room, even in July. The staff is friendly, room service is provided every day. The hotel has a shop with everything you need - travel accessories, souvenirs, etc. There are two slides next to the pool, suitable for children and adults. There is a children's club, playground. Burgers and French fries for afternoon tea. The view from the rooms is wonderful. Evening animation is on the level - it happened that the amphitheater was completely filled.

I have already vacationed at this hotel 4 times this year. The hotel is located in a wonderful location, the village of Injekum. On the first coastline. The hotel is small, but very cozy, lots of greenery. And what beautiful sunsets you can watch here in the evenings. The hotel has 3 buildings. Two pools, one with slides. The beach is small, sandy, very convenient with children. The sea is clear. There is a Pier. The hotel has a hammam and massage services. The rooms are cleaned every day. Animation is almost the whole day, the guys are trying. The staff is very polite, friendly, always prompt, answer all questions. The food is varied, you will never be hungry, a lot of sweets, pastries, fruits. I recommend the hotel for a holiday.

Aska Bayview Hotel, which means "lagoon view" and the views here are really amazing, Early arrival and 6 o'clock in the morning, we are 5 adults, already at the hotel. The main disadvantage of the hotel is check-in rooms, at first they wanted to move us into a 2-room room with a chic balcony overlooking the sea of all 5x in one room, they immediately refused, 2 rooms were paid for, well, in return they received a room on the ground floor with a view of the courtyard, or pay 80 euros, we did not pay and We spent 4 days in a double room with three people. Then, after the scandal, they moved us to a 2-room room with a good view. A separate topic is the descent to the sea, a very large number of steps, not for the elderly and toddlers. It was difficult to climb. There was a lot of food, all monotonous, there was nothing particularly tasty, from fruits:apples, sliced oranges, plums, grapes. The animation is boring, hackneyed, the Turkish night disappointed. I was pleased with the public beach, a 10-minute walk from the hotel, soft sand, smooth entrance, not a single pebble, the water is clean!

I don't understand why no one makes claims at the reception. Because of this, everything seems to be fine, but it's not. We had 3616 rooms in the 6th floor building, overlooking the neighboring hotel. There are 20 rooms on the floor, 5 of them are exactly who they talked to, all the symptoms are the same (vomiting, diarrhea, fever 38.5, weakness). Draw conclusions. A day crossed out of life. And another day or two to recover. It was good that there were Levomycitin tablets and antibiotics. The spouse thought that she would not survive. Gestrelation refers to a certain virus and an unknown infection. They offer to apply for $ 30 to a hotel doctor who will make some kind of appeal for the insurance company and send it to the hospital, and there they will decide what to do. Again, where, what and how is unclear. The date of the visit is from July 19-27, 2023. Absolutely NOT! Choose another hotel!

We rested in this hotel in a large building. The room had a partial sea view (hotel pool). The room is clean, cleaned every day. The disadvantages are the audibility of the bathroom and the corridor. There were pastries in the morning, soups for lunch, and grilled chicken for dinner. From the meat there are some more cutlets, nuggets, fried fish. Vegetables, olives, cheeses have always been different. The sweets are so-so. For a couple of meals, then they get bored. Maybe they have them. The sea is very close. I went down the steps and here's the beach for you. We swam early in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, and even at night. Beautiful cliffs from the water. It's nice to see. The hotel has a good SPA. We took a massage for $ 30 an hour and less for the second person for $ 25 for 45 minutes. The prices are of course so-so, but on vacation, where else will there be time. The whole body massage is taking place, the specialists are doing well. They do it very well. If in doubt, I recommend taking 4-5 sessions. You can try a trial massage for 15 minutes. Of course, after that you will be processed to take the course. But we didn't regret what we bought. As you leave the hotel on the right there are kiosks 100 meters away. They sell tours there at good prices. They will tell you everything, they do not impose anything superfluous. We took a trip to Alanya, to take a boat ride. Prices are the same as everyone else's, i.e. cheaper than hotel guides. There is also a shop with sweets and things at the hotel. The prices are reasonable, you can take the rest of the money. Good animation. In the evenings, we went to performances by both hotel animators and visiting groups. Supermarkets are far away, only by bus. But the ticket is 20 lire and you are already in the neighboring town of Avsallar. Everything is already there. It takes about 5 minutes to drive. The hotel is a budget 4-star hotel. There are no obvious disadvantages. The price corresponds to the quality of services.

We rested in Aska bayvif from 05/31 to 06/9.23. We liked the hotel. We are in Turkey for the 5th time, before that we were only in 5ak. The hotel deserves its 4 stars. The animators - the guys are just great!.My son and I fell in love with them.
Nutrition: we are unpretentious in food. For breakfast there is always delicious porridge, pastries, egg products, fruits, vegetables and greens. For lunch and dinner, there is meat and fish to choose from. Fruits include apples, pears, oranges, grapefruits, watermelons. Dinner was also served, no one went hungry. Baking and gozleme every day. Ice cream from 17:00 to 18:00. There's a show every night. Animators try to entertain both children and adults. Hijabi and Thai guys are just super, hotel photographer Rasim is doing a cool photo shoot! Well, the sea is just a thrill! , the location of the hotel is very good. In our bay there is a gentle entrance with sand, the water is azure, you can see fish, pebbles. We fell in love with this hotel.!We'll come back next year.

We had a rest in July 2023 at this hotel. The beach is a separate story, not only does 1/3 of it only belong to the hotel, so there is a sewer running from the utopia hotel, and the beach is drowning. A terrible stench, no one repairs anything, all the sun beds are flooded with sewage, then it all blooms. No one is doing anything. The sewage system on the beach has been running since 2018, if you had known you would not have flown to this hotel. It all flows into the sea in this bay. The umbrellas from the hotel are red on the beach, there are white ones nearby, belong to the Utopia 5* hotel, from which the sewer runs. You leave the hotel on the left there is a 101 grocery store, where it is more profitable to buy in lira, on the right you go there is a public beach and a little further than 15 minutes there is a small mini market. WHAT GREATLY SPOILED THE IMPRESSION OF THE HOTEL: - this is a small part of the beach, running sewage, drowning sun beds, blooming and strong stench from the sewer and everything draining into the bay! Of course, we knew that we were flying to 4*, but with such a beach, we would not have chosen this hotel!

Good afternoon. We rested from 06.05 to 13.05.2024. I completely agree with Ekaterina Laricheva's review. I wanted to add that the hammam did not work properly, and the sauna warmed up weakly. There is almost no Internet in the lobby, it does not catch in the rooms. In general, everything is in order and clean, although there are a lot of ants on the balcony. The room was next to the road, very noisy. We walked and rested a lot, so we didn't feel any noise from the road. The sea is nearby, only to overcome the steps, movement is life). There is a city beach nearby, without stones, sand everywhere.

We had a rest with my husband and adult son from 19.10.2023 to 26.10.2023. We arrived at the hotel at 22.00, checked into rooms (we had two, a separate one for my son) at 22.20. Bags were delivered, although I have two men in the family. The rooms were given good with beautiful views without any extra charges, they didn't even ask. My husband is sociable, immediately became friends with the bartenders and we were always poured into glass and full glasses (beer, wine, champagne). The beer is very decent and the wine and champagne, I don't know who was unlucky, but we have nothing diluted. My favorite coffee from coffee machines is delicious (Americano, cappuccino). There was no sewage system on the beach and they didn't see it, apparently they were lucky. Steps? Yes, they are, maybe elderly people and young children are not very, but that they are so scary for healthy adults is not so. Of course, if you do not collect a lot of food and three glasses of alcohol in your hands, as some did, then there are zero problems going down. There was no rotten and not fresh food! The rooms were cleaned every day and towels were also changed daily. The animation may have been repeated, but we did not find a repetition, we rested for a week. And most importantly, no matter how great an animator is, if the contestants are dull, the animator will not pull out. In our race, everyone had fun to the fullest and it was really fun! The staff liked everything and fell in love in their own way). You treat the staff not as lackeys, but humanly, they are responsive without any extra charges).
The territory is beautiful, they always found a place on the beach without any morning exercises with their towels. Well, you don't spend time from morning to evening, take your towel and then there will be enough space for everyone. It happened that the towels were lying for more than three hours and no one came (that's why there was not enough space for someone). As for the gym: yes, it has one and a half exercise machines and dumbbells. We are always,, on sports,, therefore, a dumbbell row and what was, for a full-fledged daily morning workout was quite enough for us, but who is not engaged in ordinary life, what's the point of starting on vacation, the gym will not suit beginners.. (this is my opinion, sorry if I offended anyone). In general, this is our favorite hotel in all respects! We were not looking for minuses, and there were none for us. We had a rest in September 2023. I do not write about the disadvantages, because they can be found everywhere if desired: one does not like the sand on the beach, the other wants a more comfortable room, the third will not be satisfied with the view from the window... I think that for such prices everything was just super. The hotel has confirmed its four stars. The rooms were always cleaned, towels were changed, and beach towels - at any time and any number of times. The water is always fresh in the room, etc. Everything is included. Alcohol is not of the highest quality, but it is always in abundance, if someone came for it, beer, juices, ayran is wonderful. There is a lot of food and varied. Meat and fish dishes did not always abound, but there was a huge selection of vegetables, pastries, various desserts. I certainly didn't have to starve. The food items were not only in the dining room, but also on the way to the sea, the cakes were freshly baked by hand by a very nice woman. The sea is wonderful and the views are wonderful. Attentive and friendly staff. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby. But after all, people don't come here to sit on the Internet. And for correspondence and messages about yourself, you don't need a lot of time. In the evening, animation and dancing, the guys tried very hard to entertain us. In general, we liked it))

Everyone has their own perception of hotels, service, food, beach, infrastructure, but after visiting about a dozen times in all resorts in Turkey, this hotel turned out to be the worst of all, despite the fact that they even had to sue the tour operator about the previous worst. This time I will do without a trial, simply because I tried to catch Zen and turn a blind eye to shoals.
So, let's start with the entrance.
The hotel is old, located in the middle of a deserted stretch of road between Manavgat and Avssalar, 40 minutes on foot to the nearest civilization, 15 minutes by bus, taking into account constant stops.
In general, it looks decent, there are no cracks in the walls or leaky sofas.
The reception staff is mostly Turkish-speaking, English is known at school level, and only one employee knows Russian.
Client-centricity is definitely not the hotel's forte, you can stand at the reception and look into the eyes of an employee, but he can stare at the monitor or talk about personal matters on the phone calmly and for 15 minutes.
On the first day of arrival, it turned out that 2 light sources were not working in the room, a torn curtain was hanging, the refrigerator was warming, not cooling. I went down to the reception, they fixed it, promised to sort it out.
Two days have passed, nothing has changed, during this time I managed to buy strawberries (here in the hotel store they sell for $ 3), and leaving them in a broken refrigerator, I threw away the spoiled berry the next morning.
On the third day, I decided to get acquainted with Guest Relations, a very smiling and empathetic woman who speaks Russian normally.
Together with the rest of the tourists, I spoke about the restaurant/bar, and about the fact that my requests for a room were ignored.
Everything was immediately written down in a notebook, they promised to sort it out today. Looking ahead, no one scratched or did anything.
I have repeatedly seen how GR took information on tourists' requests to the hotel owner (always at the first table in the restaurant), who glanced at them briefly and threw them away.
Next, the hotel is on the first line, and you need to go down the steps, about 70. Killed, and constantly wet from watering by employees. Logic, alas, is also not the hotel's forte.
There is a pier directly at the hotel, and a small piece of beach, to which you need to walk along a crumbling path, stepping over the rivulets of the sewer (which eventually goes through the beach into the sea and stinks terribly of urine).
There are definitely not enough places, despite the fact that everything is packed by the pool.
The available piece of the beach is sandy, convenient entrance, shallow, except for inclusions of large stones on the bottom, everything else is sand.
The stairs from the pier are probably the age of a hotel, very dangerous, as hinted at by a guest in a wheelchair with a double leg fracture.
Speaking of logic, after the first guests go to the beach starting at 7 a.m., from about 9.30 a.m., hotel staff appear, who, in addition to the steps, also begin to hose down (this is by the way a local beach shower) with water sun beds (like rinse). But, since the sun beds are old and dented, as a result, guests lie on wet sun beds for hours until they dry out.
I have never seen cleaning of the beach, and unfortunately it bore fruit, during tides and night storms, the sea happened for several days in garbage and mud 50 meters from the beach.
Next, food and drinks.
If you like to eat, have a good meal, drink a beer or a cocktail, you are not in this hotel.
For 12 days, the most popular meat dish is stewed chicken stomachs and soy cutlets. Sometimes the meat was gone for several days. Sometimes there was chicken/turkey in different types, and several times fish (mackerel). For some reason, they overdid it with spices, or hid the quality of the food, after opening the food tray there was a sour smell. In direct contrast to the first half of the rest, there were a lot of vegetables and vegetable side dishes, greens, and salads from them, although by the end of the rest there were 2 types of salad left.
From drinks - water, juices, as well as alcohol: beer is poured specially with foam into glasses of 250 ml, as a result, 100 ml of beer is obtained, wine is loaded with water, strong alcohol is poured in a bar of 10 ml, at the bottom. So, most of them went at once with 5-6 glasses of beer / alcohol.
For dessert, standard cakes with dyes and cookies in molasses. Apples/pears, sliced oranges, watermelons in 80% of cases, and melon appeared at the end of the rest.
Alas, it was never delicious and nothing.
Rooms. Standard enough, lucky with a sea view (room 2023). Of course, due to poor sound insulation, the lack of a view of the animation and the pool was saved only in the dead of night.
I will separately note the liquid washing gel in the bathroom, which is used for washing hands at the sink and in the shower cabin. It was very caustic, even through closed eyes it penetrated and burned the eyes.
Infrastructure and services.
The hotel has a sauna, hammam, fitness room. Along with paid services (Anya will tell you everything, demand a discount!), they can be used in the morning and evening for free. However, the hammam is just a washroom, there is no steam, only a slightly warm couch in the center. In the fitness room, almost all the simulators are broken, you can only use an exercise bike, partially one power bike, and well, one bench.
This time, skimping on a SIM card, I hoped for the Internet at the hotel.
Free WiFi in the lobby is almost zero, the speed rarely exceeded 50 kb/s, and of course almost always a lot of people use it.
Paid WiFi is more convenient, it really catches everywhere, in the room, in the restaurant, and on the beach. It's not cheap, but in general it's already a standard price (I took 3 days for $ 5).
Returning to client-centricity, in the penultimate days, due to technical problems throughout Alanya, there was no Internet in general. When I asked at the reception for an extension for several hours due to the fact that they did not actually provide services to me, I was sent far away and for a long time, like this is not their problem. But GR immediately came up and of course immediately stood up for her colleagues, sending me in the same direction. Considering that after a few hours departure, I did not buy again.
I would also like to warn possible customers in the hotel store: 1) expensive, and 2) can cheat. I bought several bottles of pomegranate sauce on the last day, of course I overpaid. I was confused at first that it was liquid, but the seller said that it was all because of the heat, it would thicken in the room. As a result, late at night when checking out, I left the bottles in the room, since of course there would be no sauce there, just a liquid mixture of dyes and flavors (I read the composition).
Trying to stay in Zen, I did not deal with any of the joints, deciding to just eat / sleep / swim / sunbathe. But the impression of the hotel and the rest was of course greatly spoiled.
On the positive side, you can add quite interesting landscapes, especially at dawn / sunset, grottoes in the rocks next door, but this is due to nature, not the hotel.
The hotel management should still pay attention to the hotel, and start not only pumping money, but also pumping, especially into people and service.
