It is located on a cliff, on the upper platform there are buildings and a swimming pool, below there are ledges with sun loungers and sunshades, and a stone staircase descends to a sandy bay with piers. The bay is divided between three hotels speculatively. Without waves, the entrance is ideal for children. If the hotels are not full, then you can move around and occupy sun beds with umbrellas of any kind, they look at it through their fingers. If they are filled to capacity, then there may be problems, Ask does not have the most winning pieces)) The food was not plentiful, but everything was there: ryaba, meat, offal, vegetables separately and in salads, fruits (something), sweet tables, coffee machines are scattered on the territory - it's nice. During our vacation, there was a foam party (foam was not spared), animation was invited in the evening - flamethrowers, dancers, etc. There is a wonderful spa on site, a souvenir shop with affordable prices. The beach is small, but sunbeds were always found, even in peak season (July-August). There is a small pier.
The city beach is five to seven minutes away (large), but we rarely went there, we had enough of our own small and cozy one).
The food corresponds to the four. There was enough of everything. There are four bars on site (lobby, near the pool, snack bar, which is located on the way to the beach and another bar in the restaurant, open during lunch and dinner).
There are retail outlets near the hotel where you can buy everything you need. There is also a shop on site).

Cons:
-the food is of the same type, the same thing every day, there are few fruits: watermelon, plums, sometimes melon and grapes, oranges, desserts for an amateur, meat is not their specialty, only chicken is normal. But overall it's not bad
-very steep descent to the sea, you need to walk carefully, you can easily climb up, the coast is clean, quite small
- the rooms smell of sewage
-Hotels are poorly cleaned, there is dirt in the corners, sand in the shower, there is a very strong lime coating on the taps
- All inclusive with alcohol is not all inclusive. We specifically chose with alcohol because we hoped to get a variety of cocktails. But in the end we got only free beer and cocktails like vodka + fanta, sprite and gin, where very little alcohol is poured. Great hotel! The city beach is not far away, sandy, gently sloping, there are also sea entertainment. I've been to the hotel 2 times in a row. I will be happy to go again. Yes, the hotel is tired, that's why I rated it 4. The rest is 5+. The sea is gorgeous, the views are fabulous. Sincere and sensitive staff. They responded to all requests instantly. The food for a budget hotel is excellent. Everything is delicious and fresh. Of course, the choice is not the same as in luxury hotels, but the fish was both at lunch and in the evening, very tasty. Vegans will definitely not starve. And everything is good for meat-chicken is always fried and stewed, beef, lamb, chicken and beef liver, chicken and beef heart. Turkish snacks are very tasty and there is a large selection of olives in the morning, probably 8 varieties. They also gave very tasty goat cheese in the morning.
I recommend the hotel to those who are not afraid of the steep stairs that lead to the sea. But for cheerfulness and keeping yourself in good shape, that's the thing. I'm retired, but it didn't bother me.

There was a problem with the room when checking in. They gave a very small room with a view of the bushes, the road and the outbuildings. We went to the reception, had a little fight. They gave us another room, already a two-room one with a view of the pool and the sea. The rooms are old, in need of repair, but you can live, everything is functioning.
There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel: Poles, Czechs, Turks also relax here. No one has had any conflicts with anyone these days.
There is a shop with souvenirs, sweets, textiles, etc. not far from the hotel. Also, turning left from the hotel, if you walk 600 meters, then after refueling there will be a pharmacy. There is also a Russian-speaking pharmacist. We bought high-quality medicines at home

We had a rest with our family in early August, a beautiful location, a very steep descent to the water, it is not convenient with a small child. The hotel is tired and in need of renovation. The food is very modest and monotonous, the restaurant is not designed for the number of people living in the hotel, I even had to stand and wait a couple of times for other guests to finish eating. Due to the lack of seats, the restaurant staff takes the plates out from under their noses, sometimes without even asking permission. I can't judge the animation, I wasn't particularly interested in it, because we often went outside the hotel. I definitely do not want to return to this hotel again!

We had a rest from 03.10.2024 to 09.10.2024, three of us, with a child. In general, we are satisfied with the hotel. Let's start in order:
Room - we moved into a family room in a new building, which is located facing the road. They cleaned every day, everything worked. The only thing that really interfered was the stench from the sewers at night and the Poles screaming under the windows at midnight in the neighboring Utopia.
Food - yes, there is no special abundance and variety, but the food is really delicious, especially pancakes and grilled turkey. I'm surprised that someone complains about the lack of beef, lies)
The Sea.. Well, it's just a song. 😍😍😍 Transparent, lively.... By the way, we didn't like the public beach next to the hotel, it's very dirty and noisy.
Animation: by our arrival, the children's mini-club was no longer working, but otherwise, the guys did well. There were also imported artists and standard parties for Turkish hotels. We were lucky to catch Oktoberfest and a foam party.
Short summary: there are no complaints about the hotel, of course you can find fault, but guys, look at things sensibly and compare them with the cost of the tour. But for the behavior of our tourists, shame haunted the whole vacation. There are a lot of 70+ grannies who got to the Turkish exclusive. They collect mountains of food, create queues everywhere, call the waiters Chaldeans, from six in the morning they run to occupy sun beds on the beach and near the pool, stuff bags with fruits, halva and baklava, after Oktoberfest they collected expensive free beer and opened bottles on the pier racks... We rested for the first time with my husband in Turkey on 31.07-07.08.

The animations are good, both daytime and evening (they also gather people for a party in Alanya, bring them and take them away), although the same program is for children every day. There is a shop on the territory of the hotel, there is everything you need if you urgently need something.
- the food is delicious, I would not say that it is monotonous, there is something new every day. Sometimes there was Turkish cuisine. Everything is very tasty, especially I ate cheeses, good drinks, sprite, cola and fanta. The juices will be worse (the usual dissolved JUPI drink). Alcohol is normal, albeit diluted. If you drink free cocktails not for the purpose of getting drunk, but just for the taste, then it will do. The beer is good, but champagne and wine go straight to the head, but it will be for an amateur. (The bar is open until 12 at night)
-beautiful views and a very clean sea. A wonderful bay. The water is clean, there are many fish swimming under the pier. Although the beach is small, my husband and I always found free sun beds.
- the surroundings. We went to the pharmacy (we walked for 7 minutes) and to the bazaar (for souvenirs). We also went to the public beach (10 minutes walk) (very expensive water activities there). If desired, you can drive to the neighboring village or to Alanya (the fare costs $ 1 per person).
- we bought Wi-Fi (it cost $ 1 per day per person). Paid Wi-Fi worked throughout the hotel, and it was wonderful. The free Wi-Fi in the lobby does not work very well.
Of the cons:
- tired numbers. Renovation would not hurt in the rooms. But in general, it will go to sleep and wash. But thank God the air conditioner was working.
-excursions from the hotel guide, of course, with high prices, but as soon as it starts to sell, it immediately makes a "discount". So feel free to ask for a big discount. (We took three excursions for 410 bucks for two🫡)
Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation in Turkey. And the organization of excursions is just a delight! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail.

We liked the food, there is always meat, fish, and chicken. I think no one will stay hungry.
Rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed. The hotel corresponds to the price and quality.
P.S. a very big request to all tourists: go to the dining room in clothes. It is very unpleasant to see women in swimsuits wrapped in pareos. We must respect the culture of the country in which we are guests.

We had a rest with a company of 5 people (2 families, all girls, booked 2 rooms), we arrived at the hotel around 11:30, check-in at the hotel takes place from 14 o'clock. Alternatively, you can leave your belongings in the luggage room, you will be wearing bracelets and you can immediately use the entire infrastructure of the hotel, and check in at 14:00. The hotel manager Natalia offered us to go directly to one family room (a room with two rooms, a large bed in one room + they put another bed with a terrible springy mattress and a second room with 2 beds), plus we were offered free Wi-Fi for 2 devices, a picture with fruits (in fact, a plate with 2 apples, with 2 plums and grapes), free safe and massage for 15 minutes (we did not go for a massage). We agreed to this room because there was a beautiful view from the balcony (to the neighboring hotel and the sea) and we really wanted to check in right away. The room was located in the 3rd building on the 3rd floor, the room itself is tired, BUT clean, a small cosmetic repair would not hurt, there are no slippers in the room, shower gel and water in the room.
The food is varied: 1. For breakfast there is a wide variety of cheeses, jam, chocolate paste, milk with balls and cereals, it is possible to make grilled sandwiches, various greens, fried eggs, omelets, pancakes, donuts were baked outside (different every day). Drinks include local draft black tea (it's a pity there is no picketed tea, personally I like green tea), coffee, juices, water.
2. Lunch: side dishes of rice, pasta, mashed potatoes once. From hot fish, chicken (in sauce, grilled wings, legs, backs, stomachs, liver, hearts), local meat. A large selection of greens, various snacks in the form of zucchini, eggplant, cereals. There are soups (they are for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and night soup). Local cakes (for an amateur, some delicious, some semolina with gelatin).
3. Dinner: everything is the same as at lunch, only the choice of hot dishes and grilling outside changes.
4.Seneca bar: French fries, spaghetti with sauce, salads, greens. You can assemble a hamburger yourself. Near the bar, a woman bakes very tasty tortillas, and after 16:00 cookies are served at the bar.
5. Night soup: we went once, there was a delicious lentil soup and crackers with it.
6. Ice cream: very tasty ice cream is served by the pool from 17:00 to 18:00, different lemon, vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, vanilla with chocolate chips every day. At 17:00 there is a queue behind him, but by 17:30 there is practically no queue.
7. There is an a al carte restaurant, if you stay more than 7 nights you can visit once for free (we did not go)
Bars: the bar has sprite, cola, fanta. Juices are instant JUPI. Beer, whiskey, vodka, wine (white and red), various colored cocktails are poured (without alk, and alk. from local alcohol). If you want mojitos, pinacolades and other cocktails, they are already available for an additional fee.
The pool near the hotel is deep, it hosts various animations (exercises and water polo)
I really liked the pool with slides, the slides work 2 times a day (I don't remember the exact time, about 11 o'clock and 16 o'clock) for 1.5 hours, this is enough time to roll. There are not many people at this pool and there are empty deck chairs
Descent to the sea by steps, a VERY beautiful bay. The beach itself is small, but there is a pier (places are occupied there from 6 am), the water in the bay is clean. Take masks, as there are a lot of fish and crustaceans, it is very interesting to watch them.
Beach towels are given on the cards every day.
The animation is different every day, there was a fire show, a Turkish night, the choice of miss hotel. The disco at the hotel is weak (no one is dancing), but the animators invite you to a nightclub in Alanya (they will take you and bring you).
The staff is all trying, friendly.
Near the hotel there is a mini banana grove, a rock where you can take beautiful photos, a city beach and a market (an ancient caravan).
The hotel needs cosmetic repairs (to update the rooms and improve the hotel grounds).

A great place for a family holiday. Quiet, cozy and sporty (going to the sea by the steps). The food is good, you won't stay hungry. A joy for children (and adults too) - every day they give an unusually delicious ice cream. We were in early October 2023. - the weather is excellent. The hotel itself is small - two three-storey buildings and one new 6-storey, the beach is also small, but you can always find places there, there are always sun beds and umbrellas (and for free). The hotel we stayed at left a terrible impression. Yes, the sea view was gorgeous, but this is the only thing that can be noted positively. Everything else turned out to be one continuous series of disappointments.
Let's start with the "beach" of this hotel. I would rather call it a piece of land the size of a flower bed, through which flows some kind of foul-smelling stream flowing from a nearby hotel. The descent to the sea was so steep that every time we tried to descend, it seemed that we were in danger of a convulsive spasm.
If you are planning a trip with children, then forget about this hotel. There is no food for kids there, and what is served for adults is simply overly salty or peppery. And you can forget about the stroller on the beach at all - the way to the sea will be a real test.
The territory of the hotel is modest. The rooms look as if they have been frozen in time - old-fashioned and modest.
As for the alcoholic assortment, there was only beer and some strange cocktails that tasted the same, as if they were prepared according to the same recipe.
So, if it wasn't for the spectacular sea view, I wouldn't even think of giving this hotel at least one star. In general, I do not recommend it, and I do not understand how a hotel with such disadvantages can gain five-star reviews. We fell for them and now regret our choice.

The most valuable thing about this hotel is the view, the view is simply gorgeous, in the evening you swim in the pool and watch a gorgeous sunset on the sea. The room also got a sea view, although they took the cheapest room, without choosing the view. Also, one of the advantages is entering the sea, I have not seen such gorgeous sand in Turkey for a long time, at first there was a feeling that you were somewhere in Phuket. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the steps to the sea, if you are overweight or have sore legs, then it will be hard for you and the minimum size of the beach is also one of the disadvantages, after 10 a.m. it is simply not realistic to find places in the lower tiers, so you had to throw things just on the path. For the rest, I can say that this is a standard Turkish four, not European, namely Turkish, if you are not a picky person, then you can easily close your eyes to many things. Oh, yes, from the supplement, for 7 days of rest we did not even think about gastrointestinal problems, washed and rinsed our mouths with tap water, and friends at the same time rested in the neighboring region, so everyone returned with rotovirus from a good five, so we draw conclusions.

The hotel is VERY tired. Everything in the rooms is falling apart, the air conditioners are running on their last legs. There are no air conditioners in the lobby - this is a separate room. There are several buildings, there is a large swimming pool and two slides. The location is multi-level due to the fact that the hotel is located high up on the cliff of the bay (safe in case of a tsunami), in order to go down to the beach you need to overcome about 90 rather steep steps (to disperse food). There are several bars, but there are none on the beach. Drinks are poured at the pool bar and on the way to the beach in ordinary plastic cups of three drops - prickles number two. You can get to the sea from the pier and from a small sandy beach, the approach is very good. The pier and the beach are closed at the gate at 9 - do not philosophize at sunset by the sea. Mattresses on sun beds in poor condition also need to be replaced. There is a lot of food, but in general it is monotonous. The animation is good, interesting, every day, the staff tries very hard.

Specify immediately on the spot where exactly and to which room you will be taken. We were lucky - they gave us a room with a sea view, shikaaaaarny.
But about this hotel: the territory is small, on several levels, there are many steps everywhere, it stands in a bay, very clean and beautiful sea, a 5-minute walk from the hotel you can get to an open-type beach. There are sun beds for a fee and there are water activities. On our beach there is our pier, and a small piece of sand, we divide the beach into 3 hotels. Utopia, next door, for some reason grabbed 10 sun loungers for himself, although he still has two huge pieces of his open beach. Our deck chairs and umbrellas are the most "tired", but there was always a place, yes, on each other's heads, but since we were with a 3-year-old, we didn't have to lie down much. Those without children go to the pier, it's cool and there's more room. Everything is worn out, stairs down, railings, umbrellas, awnings, etc., sometimes it seemed that you were in the village somewhere, and not at sea🙄 Down about 70 steps, on a constant gluttony it was only a plus for us: let me remind you we were with a 3-year-old and even he went 2p to the sea daily and He didn't whine. It's also useful for you, otherwise they see that the hotel is in a bay on a hill, they go there, and then they write that it's hard to walk up the stairs: so don't take this. My child and I walked, we didn't take a stroller.
They wrote that there was a stream coming from Utopia and it was a sewer. No. There was no smell, nothing was flowing. There were streams, but it was from the shower on the upper platforms, everything really flows into the sea.
There were crabs, fish, lizards running around the territory))
Animation: there is some kind of adult, there was something running and entertaining during the day, but we didn't sit at the pool, so I can't tell if it's good or not. Children's disco every evening for 15 minutes, after showtime in the amphitheater, the program is repeated every 2 weeks, on Wednesdays there was a Turkish night, on Saturdays there was a foam party in the pool. The guys are trying, straight from the heart, well done.
Food: we are not picky, I am on a diet in general, so I had enough vegetables, there were many options for cheeses, sausages (like with soy) too. For breakfast: pancakes, fried eggs, omelet on the street, tortillas in the same place. It's worth grilling: you can stir up fried sandwiches yourself. A lot of cereal, sweets are all monotonous, not as usual in hotels of course. There are few fruits: melon, watermelon, plum, apples, lemons, grapefruit. It seemed they didn't put enough of them, but then I realized; our wild compatriots just carried it all away with buckets, not plates, as usual, and therefore the bulk of the hotel was not enough, I'm ashamed of you, that's honest…
Side dishes: fries, various pasta, rice, local cereals, soups are also local such as lentils, broccoli, etc.
Various snacks such as potato croquettes, nuggets, fish fingers, etc.
Here was the trouble with meat for me: a lot of liver and offal (who likes you well), I don't eat that, beef was a couple of times in total, pork of course not, chicken chicken and chicken again in different versions. There was fish, but I love red, so I can't eat this bony one either (((twice we got to rest on a Turkish night and it was good there with meat, after that we were well fed for 2 more days))) there was mutton three times, but the cheapest part of it, my husband did not appreciate it, although he loves it. Everything is unsalted and not peppery, oddly enough: but it was good with the child, there was always a counter with different spices and sauces - pour and pour as much as anyone needs. In general, the food is extremely monotonous, but we were not hungry. The bar in the afternoon in front of the stairs to the beach gives fries, spaghetti, you can make burgers yourself - everything is there for this. They have not been poisoned once - which is good news. I didn't find anything fresh, but I repeat: I don't eat mayonnaise, with a bunch of spices and sauces, and what I see yesterday was processed into another dish))))
Ice cream is served daily at 17-18:00 by the pool, there is a wild queue, at 17:30 everything has already been defended and you can safely take it without waiting in line)))
Alcohol: 200ml beer is poured into plastic cups, if it turned out to take a 0.33 glass glass somewhere at the lobby bar, then do not give it to anyone, carry it with you))) the beer is good, you can drink it, the wine is terrible, although they say it's dry, but it's unrealistic to drink. We didn't take champagne, local Baileys, local rum and whiskey (terrible), we took only beer and gin and tonic, and we brought normal drinks with us from Duty Free - and drank them. The local cocktails are very sweet, they were taken a couple of times: everything is mixed in there, there are normal ones, but at $ 10 per cocktail - even by St. Petersburg standards, this is borscht.
The waiters work well: if you tip a couple of times, then at the time of your arrival, "your" waiter will bring a high chair to the child, pour the juice he needs (well, more precisely😆), beer for adults, which is nice. You came, and everything is already standing☺️
Rooms: we got the building above the restaurant on the 1st floor, with a balcony: a room for 3, but there were 4 beds, so the child slept kkk tsar)) there is a screen in the middle of the room, which is very convenient from children's eyes. The conder worked perfectly, cleaning for 3, but if you fix 50 liters, then the floors will be washed even with bleach and put ayran))) the water is replenished constantly. The whole room needs repair, as well as the whole building. The shower is flowing. But we only slept and washed in the room, so it's normal. But this is not a 4ka, I repeat.
There is no air conditioner in the lobby - this is a game, we escaped in the room. The Internet was taken for a fee, it catches everywhere except the beach and (!!!) our building, that's as soon as I entered the building and he wasn't there, of course we arrived.... In the lobby, you can only communicate in messengers, do not send photos, and even more so videos.
The pools were sooo warm, and the children's room is colder, it smells like chlorine, there are two slides, but we did not go. They work as they want according to their schedule, there is a children's club, but they also do not work for long))
It is clear that they save on everything. I haven't been to Turkey for a long time, but somehow everything was better in Antalya, Side and Kemer hotels before.
We took a photo shoot at the hotel: the photographer shoots for free: then you buy one photo is equal to $ 5. I got 55 photos for 110 bucks - it cost an hour of bidding and I'm a photographer myself. That's why I know what I can pay for and how much. The photos were not bad, the guy knows his job, does not retouch, does light color correction, I took the source code and did not print anything from him, so I did it myself as I needed.

They were both enthusiastic and terrible. As a result, the hotel is an economy option. Definitely not a three. The average 4k. The staff is friendly, the view is very beautiful. In general, the hotel is like a hotel. Of the cons for me:
1. the food is a little monotonous, especially I did not like the breakfasts-they are too poor
2. Lack of air conditioning everywhere except in the room
3. The lack of Internet. It is paid. There is a free one at the reception, but it pulls weakly, only some kind of message that you got to send.
p.s. as a result, the steps were not strained at all. The hotel is cheerful-Turkish night, cheerful evening animation, there are small slides and ice cream at 5 o'clock daily. The SEA is clean, there is enough space for everyone.

Отель просто прелесть! Добрый, отзывчивый персонал. Чистота везде, и в номерах, и на территории. Постоянно всё моется и убирается. Отличные развлечения для детей и взрослых. Устраивают праздники для отдыхающих со всякими вкусняшками. Был очень прекрасный торт-морожное в турецкую ночь. Только вот ч алкоголем проблема. Весь алкоголь разливается, как говорится, в напёрстки😀. Приходится выпрашивать и часто подходить к барной стойке. Остальное всё хорошо. Питание тоже разнообразное и вкусное. К морю нужно немного спуститься по лестнице. Но это не сложно. По пути можно зайти в бар перекусить, попить пивка и айрана, скушать лепёшку с пылу с жару очень вкусную.

1. the approach to the sea, counted about 100 steps down. The steps are made of stones, just look at your feet- you'll stumble and fall head over heels. A small beach, also for three hotels. No one washes the sun beds at sea, everything is in the sand – you have to wash yourself before laying a towel. We went to the sea for three days (the sea is cool), but then they started biting fish and we didn't go to the sea anymore!!! In the pool, you need to take places early in the morning to swim and sunbathe. They really wash the sun beds near the pool.
2. There is no air conditioning in the lobby or in the restaurant – it's just tin!!! From heat to heat. It's like we're in the last century. Once the Wi-Fi is only in the lobby and all the people go there, but the heat is unbearable there. If you take a place near the fan (there are two at the edges) somehow you'll cool off a little bit, but it's unbearable.
The room was standard, the bed and towels were changed, water was added every time, cleaned every day - nothing bad can be said. First of all, as if people won't have time to eat! There are not enough tables! The food is the same, well, in principle, you will not stay hungry. It's just that in recent days you go to eat, it seems you need to eat, but already the same menu and you don't want it anymore. Pastries or called pies have never been taken (they seem raw) and we did not want this. The buns were baked the same, but the dough also seemed to be not baked. It is interesting to clean the tables: the napkin is shaken off on the floor and laid again for other visitors. The staff at the restaurant: the young people are friendly, if they did not have time to clear the table and did not put down the forks, you will ask, they brought it quickly!
In general: of course we will not go to such a hotel anymore!

Начну с плюсов...
Хорошее расположение, отличный вход в море, песчаный пляж.
Кормят вкусно.
Аниматоры стараются.
Хорошая уборка, убирают ежедневно.
Персонал приветливый.
Огромное спасибо Наталье - очень внимательная, всегда на позитиве, помогает абсолютно всем решать любые вопросы.
Теперь о минусах...
Отель очень уставший.
Мебель, двери, санузлы -практически всё требует реновации!!!
Ужасный, просто ужасный вход на пляж!
Чтобы спуститься на его песчаную часть, нужно пробраться по грязной мокрой дорожке до импровизированного спуска и постараться не упасть.Неужели у отеля нет средств сделать нормальный спуск, как это сделано у соседней "Утопии бич"?
Очень неудобная лестница, которая опускается с пирса в море, можно сделать нормальные широкие ступеньки вместо круглых металлических перемычек!
Ну и теперь немного о барах.
Пластик, пластик и ещё раз пластик!
В остальном, отель стоит своих денег. Однозначно буду его советовать!

To take a place at sea, all 10 days of vacation got up at 5-40. If you want a relaxing holiday by the sea with a nice beach, then you are not here. The hotel does not have a beach. By the end of the vacation, we were very tired of rest. The food is too monotonous, especially the breakfasts, it's a nightmare. Alcohol - they drank their own. Positive: the staff is all very friendly, the rooms and grounds are clean, cleaned well. There were no queues in the dining room, you could always find an empty table.
