It's definitely three stars, not five 😂
On the 7th floor there is a strong smell of smoking. The breakfasts are delicious. There is a small swimming pool on the roof. The restaurants in the hotel are so-so. There is also a Filipino nightclub, so the bass will be hammering in your room. There is a metro nearby. The rooms are ordinary. In the shower, the water is hot, then cold.
The hotel itself is not bad, but there are a number of drawbacks that make you think about changing your place of stay. Firstly, it is not located in the best area of Dubai and at the exit you can meet a lot of Migrants, mainly from Flippin and Pakistan. Secondly, the quality of some rooms leaves much to be desired (Shabby furniture, stained armchairs, burnt carpet.).
And as for the pros, I can say the following: Helpful staff (You don't have to carry heavy luggage yourself, the Receptionist will do it for you, even when you don't really need it). Delicious breakfasts of mixed cuisines (Asian and European). SPA, excellent interior and pleasant aroma throughout the hotel.
