I like the fact that I have an office there, I have been working since 2016, there is a lot of transport to Alfarabi, no problem. There are many cafes, a Green shop, next to Zheltoksan Park, you can go relax, there are benches, but one caveat is that it is difficult to park, but there is an underground parking. Beautiful business center. But parking is hard. It is very difficult to park in the middle of the day.
