He hung up the phone. He didn't answer my calls anymore and dropped them.
I agreed with the bosses from JakExpress (Asia sky express partners in this delivery) that they would deliver the parcel on Monday (it was Fri). She clarified where the parcel will be stored, as heat is needed, otherwise the product will deteriorate by 350 thousand. The authorities assured that it was in the warehouse, but the courier dragged the parcel home and stored it in the car. After that, I already figured out what's in the garage. We learned about this from him when he tried to call us again in the sun (the contract was for Mon). I wanted to bring a package somewhere on the way. He picked up the phone only from another number and started insulting me, saying that he would not communicate with me, was inadequate. When I asked what the temperature was in his garage, he replied: come and measure it.
As a result, when he delivered the parcel already on Mon, he refused to go up to the apartment and check the quality of the goods with us, after calling the management, he had to put up with it, but he appeared all the time, cursed, talked disrespectfully. He also lied to the management that he seemed to have picked up the parcel from the warehouse on the day of delivery, and denied in front of us that it was at his house. He denied that he wanted to bring the parcel to the sun instead of Mon.
Draw your own conclusions, whether you will risk a valuable parcel because of such inadequate, irresponsible and boorish couriers.
