They work very slowly in the cash department! They arbitrarily close the windows, then open them when they want! There are a lot of people! And the cash register is mostly slowing down! It's too bad that you can stand in line for an hour! We urgently need to control the cash department!!!

The bank is popular among the local population, so about 400-500 people come to the bank every day. You enter the bank, there are at least 10-15 people in front of you, almost always. There are so many people every day, and there are only 3 ticket offices and angry people. I put 3 stars only for the sake of the staff in the money transfer section. The staff is very friendly and professional. Thanks to them!
