I was especially pleased with the prompt work of the staff — all issues are resolved quickly and professionally. I used the currency exchange services, everything went smoothly and without delay, the exchange rate was competitive.
I would also like to mention the friendly attitude of the staff and the comfortable atmosphere in the department. It's nice to see when a bank really cares about its customers.
