Rude and very slow staff, I waited for half an hour, then I was told that after 17:00 currency transactions are not carried out! Attention question?! Then why do your terminals then queue up for these operations? I will never visit this bank again! Even to avoid a meeting!

All functions of the bank are presented in this office. But the electronic queue did not work at the bank's cash desk for 3 days. There were a lot of people and there was no order. I went every day for 3 days to get my money at the cash register. ATMs do not issue currency ($, €), but if I am not mistaken, ATMs in Uzbekistan issue only sums.

I give 3 stars only because of the number of hours spent in the queue. Sometimes they do not follow the rules and without numbers, someone is serving someone, someone is quick to answer a question, you are in line by number in response to a grin and a face as if you are not talking to him)
And the bank itself is nice, the staff is good. But it is necessary to adjust the work by numbers and speed up customer service, there are 4 cash desks, but sometimes 2-3 work...
They deceive customers, at first they said that they open bank cards to non-residents, they need to wait 15 days after arrival, make registration, PINFL. After 15 days, they refused to open it, and sent it to the Tashkent office...
It's terrible, the staff is disgusting, rude, waited for the cashier for a very long time, no longer set foot in this bank.. absolutely everyone is rude...
