I really love this hotel for its excellent service and pleasant location - 2 steps from Registan.
The staff are so professional, responsive, well-mannered and nice people that you can safely add another star.
The rooms are very clean, cleaning every day, bathrobes, disposable slippers, hair dryer - in general, everything is as it should be.
In summer, there is a swimming pool in the shady backyard.
In general, we have been traveling to Asia for 7 years, there has never been a single little thing that could be clung to.
It is clear that there are super luxurious new hotels, but for us personally, Asia is always not just a place of temporary residence, but a piece of real Samarkand - hospitable, kind and sociable!
A cozy and modern hotel designed in oriental style. The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh, but the floors were a little dusty. Breakfasts are more or less, but they could diversify the menu, apparently it's not the season, you can write it off. The location is very convenient, all the main attractions are within walking distance. You can stay here again upon arrival.
The hotel is located near the historical center of Registan. The room was clean, there were 4 days left, we were almost not there in the afternoon, but in the evening you can relax without problems. The staff is very polite. The food is mostly buffet breakfast.
Positive
- convenient location,
- cleanliness,
- there is a mosque nearby,
- delicious breakfast
- SWIMMING POOL
Minus ➖️
- In summer, it is impossible to take a break from people in the pool during the day
A very pleasant hotel, helpful staff, a restaurant next to the hotel, although expensive and the choice of dishes is small, but it is quite tasty and works late.
The hotel is not bad, quite cozy and comfortable. There is a swimming pool. It is located in an absolutely unpresentable alley, but not far from the central square of Registan. The rooms facing the courtyard have disadvantages: the smell of tobacco, if someone smokes on a bench, slamming windows or doors at night that interfere with sleep, and also, in the early morning you wake up to the invocatory singing of the muezzin. The food (breakfast) is quite tasty and varied, the staff is polite, clean. And yet, there is a restaurant at the beginning of the alley, unfortunately, I missed it myself, but those who came in praised it very much
Overall, the hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are ordinary. Everything you need in the room is there (slippers, towels, etc.) . You won't stay hungry for breakfast, but the choice is small. There is no coffee machine.
I took off a star for taking a shower and drying my head is just a problem ! Firstly, the water turns off periodically and the lights go out. IE. take a shower in the evening, otherwise in the morning it can greatly delay you if you go somewhere by the time. This problem was in all the rooms where we and our friends lived (3 rooms)
The entire Asia hotel chain is worthy of 5 stars. The best and most responsive staff!
Asia Samarkand is always good-natured , ready to help .
Asia Bukhara is a super positive Artem .
Asia Ferghana - Tatiana is a very friendly, smart, competent employee!
The most delicious and varied breakfasts , always clean and cozy .
Asia keep it up.
We booked the hotel through a tour agency - a month before departure! 2 days before arrival in Samarkand, the hotel was told that they had no seats! And they offered the option to move us to the farthest and most uninteresting location 4 km from the center (which means that all the sights will be very far from you).
Not a good thing. BUT it happened for the best because we were settled in another hotel - with a better location and obviously better staff. If you are interested, you can visit my profile and find a review of this hotel.
A very nice hotel. Everything is clean, presentable, cozy. The breakfasts are really good, everything is delicious. And most importantly, almost all historical attractions are within walking distance.
The hotel is on a solid three. The restaurant is about 70 people, everything is delicious, the rooms are warm, the only thing, the decoration and furnishings of the bathroom are lame.
The hotel is a stone's throw from Registan. This is a private house on an old narrow street..Unfortunately, our room was located next to the reception desk...The audibility is very strong...The windows faced the same narrow street-the windows could not be opened...noisily... Our room was small, the floor was carpeted, there was no hair dryer, there was only one pair of hangers in the closet. The air conditioner was very dirty...It was scary to turn it on... You can survive three days...however, the owners and staff (apparently this is a big family) are responsive to all requests... the breakfast (in my opinion) is excellent... and it is very important...if you order a taxi to the hotel, call the owners so that they explain how to get to them to the taxi driver...streets were renamed...it doesn't match either Google or Yandex....🤷♀️
After the hotel in Tashkent, the Ikan Grand Hotel is the best that I visited during my entire trip, a chic buffet, very tasty, pleasant staff, comfortable rooms, a cool view from the window
Not bad in price / quality, but with the peculiarities of local service, in the sense of its slowness and more often its absence, it is better to choose something international network
I liked everything. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Clean, tidy, delicious breakfasts, convenient location-200 meters and you are at the Registan. Reasonable prices. There is a shop for the purchase of objects of applied art. Convenient parking. In general, I am very pleased. I will recommend it
A nice, quiet hotel with no special frills. Almost Europe. Excellent staff - trained, polite, helpful, ready to help in any situation. The kitchen is not brilliant, but it is quite. Wonderful location-very quiet center. All the sights and parks are within walking distance. The price tag is humane. The room is clean, as well as in the lobby.
A good hotel. They have recently renovated and updated the furniture. The location is just great for tourists. The boys at the reception are great. They always smile. Especially the guy with glasses. The breakfasts are simply gorgeous
Very cool hotel. The staff is polite. Everything is clean and tidy. There are disposable slippers. The breakfast is delicious. The backyard is very beautiful. There is a summer pool.
A very beautiful hotel, polite and helpful staff, the most convenient location.
There were minor interruptions to the Internet and the hot water behaved strangely on the first day. But it didn't spoil the impression.
Thanks! The best hotel of the three for our trip to Uzbekistan!
A nice, cozy hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable. The location is gorgeous, 2 minutes and you are in Registan. If you are not used to morning prayer, it is better to ask for a room away from the mosque, which is located right next to the hotel. The breakfasts are very good, I liked them.
I can say one thing - I highly recommend it!
There is no match. We have booked one double room with one double bed. One triple room with three single beds was offered.
On the day of departure, we called and asked for help to lower the suitcases. As a result, they did not wait, they lowered it themselves. You're leaving, no one cares about you.
Very bad. There is no way for our Uzbeks. You are not supposed to be told at the reception.I live in Andijan, why can't we.I live in Uzbekistan, but I will not be able to rent a room in the Asia 4* hotel in Samarkand.why. in your homeland, why please contact the heads of the Asia 4* hotel.Your staff brazenly answers you can't you can't say that several times
The location is very good. I liked everything. The breakfasts are monotonous, but quite decent. Everything is clean and decent. A comfortable mattress. I recommend

Great hotel! The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are clean with air conditioning, there is a beautiful swimming pool in the courtyard. The location is the very center, everything is within walking distance of the market and places of interest!
Special thanks to the staff, very attentive and responsive!
I saw the photo. ..like in my room. ..not everywhere they offer a bathroom. ..a very cozy hotel. ..in the historical center. ..nearby is Registan Square with all the ancient buildings...just like on magnets)) as a tourist, I am very impressed. ...very...There will be an opportunity. ..visit. .I think you'll like it too)
A fairly simple hotel. It resembles a good Soviet hotel. Everything is simple in the rooms. At the minimum. There is no minibar. The plumbing is old and leaking. The double bed is not very comfortable, with a split in the middle. The breakfasts are quite modest, without a choice, but hearty. There is a nice pool in the courtyard, but you may have to look for towels like me. Check-out is at 12. But up to two people can be allowed to stay free of charge in the lobby. It was not possible to negotiate even for money to stay in the pool until 16.00, which is not very convenient due to the train schedule to Tashkent
In general, Asia itself is a very good hotel. I like their branches in Ferghana and Tashkent, but the Samarkand branch disappointed me. Not a working TV, poor Internet, a small number of insects in the lobby, etc. But of course not everything is terrible, there are advantages. By the way, the breakfast is very good, and the conditions are not bad for its price.
In a nutshell, the hotel is a little tired and requires at least cosmetic repairs, so 4 stars. Otherwise, everything is fine. Staff, breakfast, bathroom, swimming pool are excellent!
Good rooms, applicable prices, buffet breakfast, free wifi. The staff is very helpful and polite. Everything is clean, including the rooms. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard
A very tired hotel. There is no refrigerator, safe in the room, and the toilet flush does not work well. The tub is yellow. They laid out the wet linen.
