The hotel is located in Novaya Gagra, liked it, vacationed in July 2024. Clean, comfortable. I was on vacation with my daughter and son. The room has a large bed (me and my daughter) and a separate single bed (son), TV, dryer, wardrobe, bedside tables, shower room in the bathroom, if you need a hairdryer at the reception, air conditioning. Our room was on the second floor and every morning I enjoyed the view of the mountains)). Breakfast is homemade, we liked it. If you want, you can order lunch and dinner. Towels for everyone, one for the shower, the second for the face and hands. The room was cleaned every other day. Bed linen and towels were changed somewhere on the 4th day after arrival, the norms. The staff is friendly, they will tell you and tell you about what you are interested in. The most important thing is that the hotel is very close to the sea, 3-5 minutes, the embankment and the Ferris Wheel are at hand. There are many shops and cafes nearby.

We had a rest in August 2024. The location of the hotel is excellent, the view of the mountains is simply mesmerizing. Nearby there are shops and canteens, a Ferris wheel and an embankment. The beach is 5 minutes away. This is where all the advantages end: - there are no chairs, cups, spoons, kettles in the rooms. - it seems to be delicious in the dining room, but they put food with a spoon and fingers with the question - is it enough for you? In general, they stopped going to the dining room, they did not demand money back, but they looked at us askance, sadly tilting their heads 😅 - there was only one hook in the shower, there were no shelves and other places to store hygiene products. - if you turn off the light in the shower / toilet, cockroaches crawl out at night, the administration rolls its eyes at presentation and says this can't be, in the end we just didn't turn off the light there. - a bad drain in the shower, you can't interrogate toilet paper, and the rest of the soap / soap accessories that should be in a 3-star hotel have not been heard. - the lights are turned off almost daily, from 20 minutes to a couple of hours, everything had to be thrown out in the refrigerator. - the TV constantly loses connection, channels disappear, in general, if you have a child who loves cartoons, download in advance, because Wi-Fi in the hotel catches only in the hallway and at the reception. - there is a barbecue area on the roof, a table, chairs and even deck chairs, but in terrible and dirty condition. The view from the roof is very beautiful, mesmerizing and interrupts all the shortcomings. If I see and remember, I will definitely put one, I will limit myself to that.

The hotel is generally good!!The staff is good!The linen (snow-white) was changed once in seven days, the norm!!The usual breakfasts are scrambled eggs, porridge. cheese .oil, etc.Lunch and dinner were not taken, so as not to be tied to them.By the way, the cost of breakfast, lunch and dinner is the same price!!!Of the minuses-1.-lack of Internet in the room from the word-at all!.To make a call, you need to go down to the receptionist.2. There are no chairs in the room, there is nowhere to hang clothes, there are only flimsy hangers in the closet, which only hold one thing.Everything was hung on the dryer, (there are no balconies)which is also flimsy.when asked why there are no chairs, the answer surprised me-so that they don't eat in the rooms!!!It's funny-they moved the bedside table and ate!!!There are two hooks in the shower, which of course are not enough, on one towel, on the other things, and clean ones were put on the sink (not thought out!)There are no shelves for hygiene products.And so everything is fine, in the evening you can drink tea in the dining room or bring food and eat.But the lack of communication is of course a big minus!!
