Irresponsibility!!! We signed up for grooming.
We arrived on time, in five minutes. In response, they say that the master does not have time, take a walk for 20 minutes.
And call in advance and warn that the master does not have time, religion does not allow? They would say come half an hour later and there would be no problems.
Or should I walk down the street with a cat for 20 minutes? He went home. As a result, they called back in half an hour, they didn't even invest in the promised 20 minutes!!!
Customer orientation is at zero!!! It's just a pity for the time spent...

We liked the salon ( both me and my baby ) . The staff is friendly. The master has fulfilled all the wishes . The dog was returned after 2 hours, completely clean, trimmed. We will come again

Express molting of my shorthair dog didn't help much, but I really liked the attitude towards the dog! The claws were trimmed perfectly, the dog's coat is very smooth and smells delicious. The ears were cleaned very well! The place is very pleasant, there is a professional approach to the dogs, our dog felt comfortable, although he is usually afraid of unfamiliar places and does not trust anyone.

I really liked the attitude towards pets. Two cats were brought. We were satisfied with the quality of services.
Master Xenia was able to find an approach even to our most worried cat. We have never seen him so calm during the procedures.
And Angela steadfastly endured the displeasure of the second cat.

I really like the salon, I regularly bring my very problematic dogs (problematic in terms of heavy pollution and tangles) of the Samoyed and Newfoundland breeds to grooming! And this is one of the few salons where such a large dog can be accepted! There have never been any complaints about the quality of work either, the treatment of dogs is the most careful!

The puppy returned after grooming as not his own.. as depressed and scared as possible. We were still leaving for a couple of days.. Aunts, as I understand it, were not the sweetest, since after the salon there was no such thing. I do not recommend it.

Good location , but a lot of nuances , we won't come a second time , we brought a dog and a cat, the dog had a bad haircut on the intimate part, but in general it was not bad, but dandruff started immediately after the hike , there was a bruise on the neck from the harness ( probably ) , the cat was combed well, but it was sluggish for two days, I don't know what is connected , the idea and location are good, but there are not enough experienced groomers, there is also no place where you could sit and wait for your pet , the second time maybe you would come, but a lot, but you need to deal with the place while I take you to another proven place

But when they promise to call in advance, but they call already after the fact and the pet is again sitting, waiting in a cage, it's too much
