Three days before delivery, I placed an order for a bouquet for a loved one's birthday from 10 to 15 o'clock, and paid.
On the day of delivery, I was extremely busy and remembered about the order only in the evening. And I was extremely surprised that at 20:30 local time, the order WAS STILL NOT DELIVERED. I started calling, writing - they don't answer the phone. More precisely, they are being dumped.
They began to write voice messages that "fresh lilies were waiting." To my reproach that I needed to be kept informed - silence.
The correspondence lasted more than an hour.
As a result, they brought the most disgusting "bouquet" of lilies, half of the petals have already fallen off, the view is terrible ...
Disgusting work!!!
