The opinion is twofold - when I ordered a passport, the serving girl got very pleasant, attentive, Russian-speaking, communicated willingly, offered to reshoot if I didn't like the photo. I was thrilled. And when I came to get a ready-made passport, I got such a pest, I came earlier, she said wait 15 minutes, I waited 1 hour. and then it turned out that I had to duplicate the number. I don't know?! She had to explain. Then she muttered something again, I didn't understand. People from the queue began to explain. What rudeness and inattention. That's the opposite of that cute girl at the beginning.
