I applied, they said that their system was not working, and the card would be ready a little longer than usual. I noticed that they work slowly, not quite customer-oriented. It is impossible to get through to either the call center or the hotline, even if you call during business hours. Among the advantages: the absence of queues is pleasing, no matter what time you arrive, a large number of cash desks, an ATM at the entrance to the branch and the polite attitude of employees to customers. There are many advantages, but there is a lot to grow. If you fix all these flaws, I think it will be perfect. The hostess girl is well done.
