Despite being a little overcrowded and difficult to find a parking space, the prises are relatively cheaper and do resonate with the name of the place "arzon" - cheap. Also the place is originally intended for mass sales so you can find sacks of different varieties of teas and other condiments.

But don't go with your car and the place is mostly for buying groceries.
Still, the prices are lower and products are new.
