On March 14, in the morning, I took my husband's jacket for repair after calling and asking if they were repairing clothes or only sewing to order (the jacket was new, there was a small hole on the sleeve). They said that everything is being repaired well, come. I live in the same house. The bells started from the very beginning: they were examined from head to toe, appreciated, neither hello nor goodbye. I said that I called them and they told me that I could bring clothes for repairs. The receptionist began shouting loudly and calling the dressmaker. I got the impression that I went to the flea market in the lowest rows. It was worth thinking about even then. The dressmaker came out, took the jacket with wet hands and began to figure out how to fix it all. First, I folded the sleeve so that it became shorter, I said that it would not do. Then I folded the sleeve so that it became narrower, to which I also said that it would not do. She says: don't worry, we'll do it well, leave it. The receptionist placed an order and said that the jacket would be ready tomorrow evening (Wednesday 03/15.23). I paid. I thought that a good-looking atelier would probably do fine. I came on Thursday!!! by lunchtime. Again, like at a flea market, screams:
- Is the blue jacket ready?
- No, I'm not ready!
- When will it be ready?
- On Saturday!
My reaction: 🤯🤪. OK! I'll come on Saturday!
And today the jacket was taken away. The photo shows the result of the "work"... it is clear that the jacket was flogged at the seams and it is OK. But the lines that were stitched are not smooth, the filler was distributed unevenly. If this job was too difficult for the employees of this studio, they could have said so right away, I would have quietly looked for another place.
I do not recommend this place: the quality of work and the level of service leave much to be desired.
