This place is a good budget quality cafe, based on the location and its function. And, yes, they write here that a lot is not available from the menu - it's true. But you can always find an alternative. And as for the long wait, I can't say anything. They brought it to me both times even too quickly

Hello, I visited your cafe and I will say that the boorish attitude towards customers, I ordered fried pike perch in sauce with vegetables. When I came across a bone, well, I think it happens, but then when I started eating this dish, there were a handful of bones!!! And when I was eating this dish, the bone got across the larynx!!!
I asked the manager to come up, pointed out the flaws, but in response they answered me, do you think we will clean the fish from the bones and says if you don't like it, then you can no longer come!
In general, the manager does not know how to conduct a dialogue at all, she did not even apologize!

The interior and exterior are at the highest level. The steaks are good. The receptionist is friendly. That's where the advantages ended. Cons - the order was waited for more than an hour, the waiter periodically came up and informed us about the absence of a particular dish (fortunately, instead of burgers for children, sandwiches were offered at the expense of the institution). There is loud live music on the second floor (I sing better in karaoke than a singer on stage). You won't be able to call the waiters. We paid the bill (~10,000 per person) on the third attempt. They could have just got up and left, no one would have noticed. Summary - the candy wrapper has 100 points, but the filling is so-so. Moreover, the service has not changed compared to last year.
