The hotel itself is very nice: stylish surroundings, comfortable and modern rooms, comfortable bed. Very clean. The staff is friendly. It fully corresponds to the photos on the Internet. This is where the advantages end. The location is terrible: a dirty and dark industrial zone, there is NOTHING in the area: no cafes, no shops... And given the inhospitality of Ipoh towards travelers (lack of sidewalks and well-established transport infrastructure), hiking somewhere is very uncomfortable. Breakfasts are terrible: the choice is very limited, there is practically nothing to eat. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
