I forgot my wallet in the room. The maid found it and brought it to the receptionist Svetlana personally in her hands. When I returned for my forgotten wallet, all the bills were stuffed in random. I counted the money in front of Svetlana and missed 5,000 rubles. Svetlana refused to invite the maid. I demanded to invite the director. Director Natalia and I watched the video from the video camera. The recording clearly shows how the maid brought the wallet and gave it to the administrator. The receptionist placed it on the table in front of her. When the maid left, Svetlana opened her purse, took out a bill, counted it. Then she turned her back to the camera and continued sorting through the bills. In this position, Svetlana's right hand was clearly visible, but her left hand was not visible. Judging by the movements of her left hand, Svetlana put something in her blouse. That was the bill. The director asked Svetlana a question - why did she get into my wallet? The administrator could not give an adequate answer. But she didn't return the money either. She even offered to search her. But about 3 hours have passed since my departure and Svetlana was leaving her workplace. She could have hidden the bill. Since I didn't have time to call the police, I left. That's the kind of staff at the hotel!
