I would like to express my gratitude to the cinema "Art Cinema" at 104 Dzerzhinsky Ave. for a wonderful evening and a high level of service!
I would especially like to mention the cozy atmosphere. Comfortable chairs, excellent acoustics and high-quality image. This makes watching a movie really comfortable and enjoyable.
Special thanks to the employee of the small hall bar who worked on Sunday, January 12th. Your attention to the guests, promptness and friendliness made our evening even better! You are a true professional in your field, and we really appreciate your hard work.

Hall 2 is tired, old-fashioned, but cozy, but there are very significant disadvantages: the chairs are very very narrow, it is difficult to carry a jacket and a bag, I had to hold the bag on my knees the whole session, there was little room for my legs, the chairs were dirty, as in dust and streaks, very narrow and most uncomfortable armrests, unpleasant in the hall the smell of cheese popcorn, you can't buy tickets online without intermediaries, the ticket office looks like a watchman's booth and the cashier there listens to music with headphones, you have to distract her and wait until she takes out the headphones, which you haven't seen anywhere else), according to the image - it's not always clear, they let you out on the street at the last session, there is no way to use the restroom. The pros are sound, screen size, and there are cute sofas in the lobby.If the chairs were more comfortable, they would walk intermittently.

I like the cinema, there is a sufficient distance between the rows (knees do not rest against the chair in front). There are also seats on the sofas, soft and comfortable. The sound is great.

The first thing that really annoyed and spoiled the impression of the film was the left LCR channel not working behind the screen. It feels like I'm deaf in my left ear. I don't know how the technicians and staff couldn't have noticed it. The session was at 6:30 p.m., by no means the first one of the day.
Also, the cramped chairs were also annoying.

It's a disgusting movie theater. For the film, 16+ half of the audience had children who were clearly younger. Accordingly, rzhach, popcorn, phones - it is impossible to watch the movie. When the receptionist was asked how it happened and how she lets the children attend such a session, she replied that she had no right to require a passport to verify their age.

Yesterday we watched Puzzle 2. I liked everything very much, it was cozy, the chairs were comfortable, the distance between the rows was good - you could stretch your legs. Wonderful staff!
The impression was ruined by the air conditioner! We were cold, and already in the middle of the session we had to put on windbreakers. It was really cold! Whoever goes, take a jacket!

The atmosphere of the cinema begins beyond its limits. The smell of popcorn beckons like a train. Come sit down, rest. The popcorn is delicious and cooked on site. The staff is friendly. The chairs could have been better, but you can sit out the session. It's a pity that the 3rd sessions were canceled, or we don't get to them. The sound is good. In general, my son and I like to visit this cinema, we recommend it)

Very cozy, cinema. I like to go with children, I like that the halls are located in the shopping center. The seats are conveniently located, you can buy popcorn with different glass volume and taste, various sweets, drink. There is a m/w nearby, there is no need to look for👍 somewhere. Yesterday I went to the cinema for the movie "Venom 3"
I want to share my impressions.
The staff is certainly good, absolutely.
But the smell is terrible. The hall is stuffy. It was very uncomfortable for me in terms of watching the movie for several reasons. I am very tall and not small in the shoulders. Maybe for this reason it was very cramped for me. But the chairs are small, the aisles are too, the sound is terrible. I do not recommend it.

to anyone , let 's start with the fact that they sell beer in the bar , but it is forbidden to enter the hall with it , according to what rules , I wonder)

I was in the small hall of this cinema. The hall is good, there is a lot of space between the rows. I recommend the seats on the sofas are very comfortable and the prices for them are pleasant (10 rubles per seat, despite the fact that ordinary chairs cost 9 rubles).
It is worth noting that the staff is very pleasant and likeable. I bought seats at the checkout a few hours before the session, I was afraid that they might refuse, but they sold everything without any problems.
