A wonderful studio with a convenient location. The subscription gives you the opportunity to visit all directions without binding: jumping, bungee, yoga, Pilates, zumba, trx, aerostreaching and tabacha!) This is ideal for those who have not yet decided on a choice. All coaches are Professionals with a capital letter: very attentive, positive, tactful and cheerful. Despite the fact that group classes, each coach has an individual approach, no one will be left without attention, the atmosphere here is always pleasant and inviting. Ira is some kind of energizer, so much energy and dedication, she charges everyone with her mood and warmth, every workout is with her. Julia- I will say one thing, she is a super coach! He always focuses on the parts of the muscles that we work on. All training sessions are with her. She is very attentive to everyone, despite the group classes. Katya is a very positive and attentive coach. I've been going to see her not so long ago, but I've already done it. All classes are comfortable and safe. Who has long wanted to learn how to fly- this is for her. The studio is very cool and cozy, I recommend it!♥️🔥💯

The best sports studio. Coaches give themselves to the fullest, charge with energy and sports. I just want to walk every day. We study with great pleasure.

I've been going to this club since its opening! The coaching staff is very qualified, and a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere is felt during training. As a person who monitors my health, I am pleased with a large number of different training areas (Pilates, yoga,jumping, bungee, aerostretching, trx, Zumba, strength, etc.) You can always choose workouts according to your mood or based on your goals! The coaches are very competent and never pass by if they see that the technique is suffering) I recommend this club to everyone, you will definitely be satisfied!!!
