The location of the hotel is wonderful, everything is nearby and supermarkets and shopping malls, 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The beach is sandy and pebbly, sun beds and umbrellas are free, everything is old. It didn't matter to us, the main thing is that there is. Beach towels were brought their own, because they are not issued there, you can buy them on the spot (4-5 $).
The room is small but cozy, everything you need is there (hair dryer, refrigerator, safe). There is only a dryer on the balcony, knowing this in advance (according to reviews), I took a rope and clothespins with me (I whined between the chairs).
The cleaning is not intrusive, towels and bed linen have not been changed in a week. One extra towel was brought only once. Figures were made of sheets on the bed. Every day we were given 1.5 liters of water in one bottle, we poured it into 0.5 for convenience.
The staff is friendly, asked to fix the air conditioner, reacted quickly.
There was a lot of food for everyone, monotonous but edible. You won't stay hungry. Apples, plums, oranges (very tasty) and melon were given from fruits. There are a lot of sweets, but everything tasted the same to me.
In the bar of alcoholic beverages-beer, red and white wine, I can't say what else was there because I didn't drink. From non-alcoholic sprite, cola, fanta... Burgers and French fries are available at the bar at certain times.
I can't say anything about the pool because I didn't swim in it, and the guide didn't advise especially children if you don't want to catch rotovirus.
I went to the hammam at the hotel on the first day of arrival, I liked it. I gave $40 for myself and a 10-year-old child.
There is absolutely no entertainment in the hotels, we did not need it.
The hotel certainly does not pull for 4, but it does not matter, the main thing is the sea and the sun!

An excellent city budget hotel. The food is of high quality, the staff is polite, very careful about cleanliness. To the sea 3-5 minutes on foot. The only thing we were unlucky with was the sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. Apparently, the hotel has run out of good umbrellas and sun beds, the hotel management brought broken sun beds with dirty torn mattresses and broken umbrellas. We had 2 days left before departure, so we got worried and left it. Overall, the stay was good. The city of Alanya itself has this in mind. Beautiful, dynamic, Russian-oriented. They practically speak Russian everywhere, which is very comfortable.

I was vacationing with my daughter for 8 years at this hotel from 07/28/2024 to 08/10/2024. I agree with many reviews that the main advantage of the hotel is its location. The sea is 200 meters away. The beach is pebbly, its own. Sun beds, umbrellas are free, there is a caretaker, he will help. The sea is good, but the approach is with rocks. You need to be careful. And it is dangerous to cross the road, they are not inferior here at the pedestrian crossing!!There are many shops, supermarkets, and a market around. Buses run along the embankment to the center. The hotel itself is tired. You can see it from the very entrance: the dirty red carpet, the sofas in the lobby are very worn...Well, how is it? This is the face of the hotel! We arrived around 11 a.m., had lunch at 12.30 and were immediately checked in. I liked the room, everything is clean and comfortable, there are no complaints. It was cleaned regularly. In terms of food, everything was fine too, we didn't go hungry. There are always 2-3 hot dishes to choose from, a lot of side dishes, salads, cold appetizers. It was bad with fruits, sometimes watermelon and melon, oranges were all taken sweet, sour cherry plum, green apples or wrinkled old ones, peaches appeared in the last two days. There is no animation, but we didn't need to. The contingent is Russian, but more Poles. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, and then not always, isn't it better to put a router with coverage on the bar and pool area? In general, we were satisfied with everything, except for these shortcomings. There are really a lot of people who come here for the first time. Optimal price-quality ratio (considering horse price tags everywhere)

We had a rest with our daughter from 22.07 to 29.07.2024.
I liked the hotel more than not. Good location, cleaning every day. Excellent, friendly and courteous staff. There was a bit of a lack of good music and animation. The food was also absolutely fine. Everything is delicious and enough, the tables are cleaned very quickly, so there is always a place to sit.
Of the disadvantages, these are umbrellas on the beach...they are quite old.

Like it. The food is delicious. The food is fresh. The room was cleaned every day, the sheets were changed, the air conditioner is in good working order, it does not rattle, although it is old and yellowed, but it was well maintained.
Although the hotel is not new, everything is perfectly maintained right now.
There is a friend in the lobby who will meet you, his name is Vidadi, a wonderful man (his tourists nicknamed Vitalik) very positive.
He speaks Russian, Polish, English and Turkish. I advise you to spend money on a Hammam upon arrival, it's worth it, I did not regret it. And then I went two more times, it's worth it even better than Vidadi describes it. I have no comments on the hotel, everything is constantly being cleaned. And fix everything you need to eat.
Of course, the beach at the hotel does not seem to be provided, it is essentially a city hotel, but there are sun beds with yellow mattresses on the beach, the condition of the sun beds is so-so, but it did not cause problems, there is always something to choose. Umbrellas are also not very good, but the guys who are watching the beach will find a better one. And if you ask well, they will also do Wi-Fi, though from another hotel, but they will share it. The beach bar is paid, as I understand it, it is from another hotel. But I didn't use it.
There have been no incidents or problems all the time, all issues are solved simply and quickly. The presonal speak a little Russian anyway.

The optimal location in relation to the market, shops, beaches and transport interchange. There is a place to walk. The staff is helpful. I rested at the hotel from 05/26.24 to 06/05.24. The advantages are the location, everything you need is nearby, a couple of minutes to the sea, cross the road, it's a risk to life, of course, a beautiful embankment, awesome views of the mountain, the Red Tower, the fortress. The staff is attentive, responsive, Vitaly really solves ALL the issues). There was also a plus - in my time, only 16 people rested. But this leads to disadvantages- saving on everything, vegetables, salads remain from lunch to dinner and so on until they are completely exhausted (I read about it in one of the reviews, but I did not believe it) In general, the food, as they say, will not stay hungry, the fish was cooked delicious a couple of times, the potatoes were cooked delicious too, otherwise so-so, fried chicken to glass, for example.. Fruits are oranges, green apples and something else small green, perhaps plums. There are no complaints about oranges, they are very tasty. It's boring in the evening, there is no animation at all, even the pool was not illuminated. The sea and the sun are magnificent as always in Turkey) The hotel really liked the hammam, an hour and a half of pleasure, sauna, hammam, foam massage, classic massage, mask.. The cost was $30. Bus 1 or 101 runs to Alanya, the fare is 30 lira, it is convenient to get to Cleopatra beach, for example. I do not recommend the hotel, the rooms are very tired, the plumbing is too, they clean so-so, the air conditioner cracks when working. It's a beautiful place. I spent more time in the pool than at sea. A very friendly receptionist will tell you everything. And the whole staff is friendly. A separate topic is the beach...for this, I took off a star, there is no private beach, a city beach with slabs and stones, they offer to go to the next one, but there are a lot of people there and besides, Turks also go there, umbrellas and sun beds are very old, a lot of broken ones. The hotel itself has a fairly small territory, with two small pools, and a small bar, in the evening it is difficult to find a place to relax, but we do not need to, in the evening we walked in the center of Alanya. I stayed at the Artemis Princesses 4* hotel from July 5 to July 15, 2024. The impressions of the holiday are mixed. A 3* hotel, in my opinion. The room stock is old, the smell of sewage. The occupancy rate is high, there are a lot of people in July. The hotel has 3 small pools. They are always full of people from morning to evening. The food is normal. The restaurant is big, there are no queues. A very beautiful view of the city from the restaurant. The sea is across the street. The beach is very rocky. The sun beds are free, the mattresses are old. It is not comfortable to lie down. The location is good, there are shops, a pharmacy, and exchangers nearby. The bazaar comes 2 times a week. Long check-in, the safe in the room did not work. Discos under the gentle May until 3 a.m., drunken screams. I visited a hammam for $30. I got a severe allergy. I wouldn't go a second time.

Отдыхала в данном отеле с 1-8.07.2023г, прекрасный отель, отличный ресторан, расположен на пятом этаже, обзор обалденный,всегда чисто персонал приветливый, правда смена полотенец была всего один раз и то по запросу, а убираются ежедневно, еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, голодным точно не останетесь, на любые просьбы реагируют практически моментально, русскоговорящий отельный гид Видалий, это большой плюс, сам отель имеет три корпуса и очень небольшую территорию, до моря метров300, городской пляж с територией отеля, вечером дискотеки, ну я думаю также как везде, рядом есть всё необходимое и магазины и аптеки, отдыхом я осталась очень довольна, отель прям твёрдая 4*

Many exchangers with the exchange rate are more profitable than in Russian banks. There are free sun beds with umbrellas on the beach, but there are not enough for everyone at peak times. The safe in the room is paid, but they need to be used, since in one of the rooms, after cleaning, part of the money from the bag disappeared. After a showdown with the police, the cleaners were fired, but the money was not returned. Some guests complained about the non-working air conditioning in the room, but they seemed to be promptly moved to other rooms. Plus, boxes with new air conditioners were delivered every day.

The food in the restaurant is of poor quality, what remains in the evening is on the table in the morning. The location of the restaurant on the 5th floor of the hotel is a very dubious idea, because the smell of burnt oil spreads throughout all floors.we had 2 rooms, for my wife and me and separately for the children. The children's room stank of sewage, and their room was changed with grief on the 3rd day.

Отличный отель для тех, кто хочет не только на пляже полежать, но и погулять по городу. Номер чистый, аккуратный, есть все, что нужно. Уборку номеров проводят каждый день, смена полотенец и постельного белья так же каждый день. В номере есть кондиционер, маленький холодильник и сейф. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал, не навязывающий лишние услуги. Еда в ресторане вкусная, разнообразная. Рядом приезжает рынок два раза в неделю. Однозначно советую!

Отдыхали 9 дней на конец мая. В целом вполне хорошо два бассейна, хорошие шезлонги и зонты, на пляже тоже и бесплатные с надписью названия отеля на них. Еда вкусная, разнообразная, правда из фруктов еще хотелось нектаринов, но их небыло, в Мигросе и на рынке приходилось покупать . В номере убирают ежедневно, персонал приветливый, вежливый. В начале отдыха отель был полупустой и было хорошо, ближе к июню заселяться стали плотнее и семьями с детьми. Балконы парно совмещенные, с общей перегородкой и нам не повезло с соседями - курящие круглосуточно то сигареты, то кальяны, не смотря на присутствие своего ребенка. Слышимость в комнатах хорошая, и через дверь номера и через балконные двери, соседи будто сидели у нас в номере со своим курением и болтовней. Балконная дверь раздвижная не катится, ролики старые в ней, отваливается, техник ее при нас чинил и бесполезно. С душевой кабины раздвижной дверью такая же беда. Дверь туалета как комнатная и открывается внутрь, упираясь в унитаз, от чего места в уборной мало и двоим не разойтись, унитазная сидушка меньше размером и постоянно сьезжает. Мебель в номере уставшая как и вышеуказанные механизмы. Лампочки в двух местах перегоревшие. Брали путевку с наличием хамама, думали после холодных бассейнов там греться будем, но на деле оказалось что надо заранее заказывать, когда будут финансы на банщика и массаж, если хотите и вход в него только с улицы. Аниматоров и развлечений нет и в дождливые дни очень скучно. Вай-фай бесплатен только в лобби, за доступ в номере надо платить.

Отличный отель! Приехалив 4:30ч утра, сразудали бургеры с соком и заселили в номер. Номер обычный, с видом на бассейн, кондиционер рабочий. Допляжа три минутв ходьбы, зонтики и лежаки бесплатно, бар на пляже платный. Питание в ресторане отличное! Естьвсë:овощи, фрукты, мясо различного приготовления,рыба. Каждый раз новые блюда. Отель советую!

По еде отель тянет на четверку. Анимация практически на нуле, но устраивают два раза в неделю шоу турецкое по вечерам. Понравился танец дервиша в среду. В воскресенье какой-то турецкий ансамбль из двух парней и трёх девушек не очень зашёл. Бассейн маленький для такого количества номеров и выглядит как легушатник. Еды по выбору не много, но кухня вкусная и каждый день меняется. За неделю было различное мясо и какая-то белая рыба. Морепродуктов тут не ждите. Номера скромные по интернету с маленьким туалетом и душем, но это как повезет и можете попробовать поменять бесплатно. В целом если вам нужна качественная еда и близость к морю, то можно посетить этот отель. Хороший вид с ресторана на 5 этаже. Ресторан под крышей это безусловно +. Алкоголь сами знаете какой в Турции. Берите с собой, ценники в Турции на алко нормальное в 3 раза выше. Цены на продукты тоже выше чем в РФ. Рядом много торговых точек со шмотьем.

Что для Вас главное в отеле? Сервис, звездность, питание? Для меня отель - это люди, которые в нём работают. В отеле Artemis Princess мы отдыхаем второй раз. В этом году мне стало немного грустно не встретить двух людей, которые раньше здесь работали. Зато третий, который назвал себя Мустафа Кемаль сами знаете кто, оказался на месте. Два года назад работал барменом, сейчас - ещё и администратор ресторана. Питание, кстати, можно приобрести только завтрак, или завтрак и ужин, как мы, или " всё включено. " Большой плюс этого отеля - это то, что вся инфраструктура находится рядом. В шаговой доступности - такси, автобусная остановка, море. Рынок дважды в неделю - продуктовый и промтоварный, несколько сетевых магазинов. Немного про номера. В номере на двоих - большая кровать, диван, шкаф для одежды, небольшой холодильник. Уборка в номерах и бутылка питьевой воды 1.5 литра - ежедневно. Вид с балкона - на грод или во внутренний дворик. Во внутреннем дворике - небольшой бассейн и лежаки. Из окна ресторана на пятом этаже открывается замечательный вид на горы. Теперь про питание. На завтрак подают 4 горячих блюда - оладьи, омлет, сосиски, суп. Дважды были баклажаны, сегодня - запечённые помидоры с сыром. Из холодных закусок мне очень понравилась руккола, петрушка, зелёный салат. Зелень вкусная и свежая, совсем не такая, как у нас. Из овощей - помидоры, огурцы, оливки, маслины, зелень, красный перец, лук, солёные салаты с уксусом. Для детей - йогурт, молоко, сухие завтраки, изюм, курага. Из фруктов - яблоки, груши, апельсины. Я всегда отдавал предпочтение последним - на вид не очень, на вкус сочные и сладкие. Из напитков - соки, чай - качественный, из самовара, кофемашина со стандартным набором кофе. Всегда в наличии выпечка и свежий белый хлеб. Ужин - четыре горячих, фрукты, сладости. Три раза давали рыбу, каждый раз разную. Шеф-повар Али всегда выходит в зал и проверяет, как ужинают гости. Можно ещё бесконечно долго рассказывать про Artemis Princess и то, что находится рядом с отелем. Вместо этого предлагаю путешественникам с небольшим бюджетом забронировать и поехать самим. Прекрасный отель, с хорошим сервисом и кухней. Компактно и уютно все расположено и до моря близко - в шаговой доступности, и идти приятно мимо магазинчиков и отелей.

Еда отличная , мясо Кура, рыба ежедневно. Обслуживание хорошее, в номерах уборка ежедневно. Персонал ненавязчив.Расположение отличное. Рынок в понедельник и четверг. Фрукты ( клубника , черешня , премии абрикосы , это то , что я покупала и ем , 35 лир ( 2 доллара). Бассейны чистят ежедневно .

Проблемы с интернетом, плохо ловил вайфай. Ломался кондиционер , поменяли номер. В другом номере сильно пахло сыростью. Это из минусов. Из плюсов очень доброжелательные люди, работающие в отеле. Отель находится на второй линии, но это очень близко. На пляже своя территория, зонты и лежаки бесплатно. В целом нам понравилось.

Отдыхали с 4.08.2021 по 13.08.2021.
Нормальный отель для спокойного семейного отдыха. Море в пяти минутах от отеля. Доброжелательный персонал, русскоговорящий отельный гид (при первой же встрече стал разводить на хамам), на рецепшене девчонки тоже понимают по русски. Заселили сразу (достался номер на4 этаже с видом на улицу). Номер слегка подуставший, но все нужно работает. Люди мы не привеледливые и потому на мелкие недочеты мы просто не обращали внимания. Вайфай на ресепшене в свободном доступе нормальная скорость только возле него. Брали карточку вайфай доступа за 3доллара на один день (пользовались до самого отъезда, почему то не отключили) ловил по всей территории отеля, даже возле бассейна, скорость вполне нормальная. Про анимацию ничего сказать не могу, т.к. приехали только купаться в море и других развлечений на не хотелось. Недалеко мечеть, так что будьте готовы что в 5 утра из репродуктора мулла будет созывать на намаз. Хотя это нисколько не мешало. Завтраки немножко однообразные (в основном яйца в разных вариациях и картошка фри, пару раз были оладушки). На обед и ужин вполне хорошо. Голодные никогда не были. Номера немного подуставшие, но в целом нормально. Убирают в номерах регулярно. Рядом продуктовые магазины Bim и Sok. Можно там расплачиваться долларами или евро- сдачу посчитают в лирах по нормальному курсу. Рядом рынок по четвергам и по понедельникам. Если есть желание устроить шопинг, то примерно в 2 км от отеля большой торговый центр Alanium. Можно легко дойти пешком. Там также есть большой продуктовый супермаркет- там можно накупить всяких сладостей-гораздо дешевле чем на рыночках по улице.

Плюсы: хорошее расположение, прям рядом магазины, рынок и супермаркет(их там мало), до моря несколько минут. Отличный отельный гид (намного лучше чем унылые гиды туроператоров). Обслуживание хорошее, ежедневная уборка номеров. Дешево. Пляж рядом вообще свободный, потому что это не Аланья, а пригород, всё благоустроено и круто.
Минусы: на 4 не тянет, очень уставшие номера, мебель старая, всё обшарпаное, в ванной дверки шкафчика полуоторванные, кондиционер жужжит, некуда вешать белье для сушки. Еда однообразная, почти ничего не менялось, булочки все пустые без начинки, просто вид разный, бургеры в баре как бутерброды, картошка фри несоленая и мягкая. Вайфай еле ловит и только в лобби.

Один большой минус - требуется ремонт. Постоянно что-то течет, отваливается. Сантехник носится,устраняет, но коммуникации сильно усталые. Все остальное в порядке. Еда вкусная и разнообразная, персонал вежлив, предупредителен. Уборка каждый день. Главное - море близко! На городском пляже ряд лежаков с зонтиками от отеля. Пляж песчаный.

Отель хороший, номера убирают каждый день. 2 бассейна, бар. В принципе все не плохо. Минус в том что часто на пляже на лежаках люди не с отеля.

Отдых 13.06 - 23.06.2022 просто супер, персонал, обслуживание, все на высшем уровне. Общий язык со всеми посетителями. А кухня вообще на высоте. Огромное спасибо поворам за большой выбор блюд. В номерах просто, уютно и чисто.

Отель конечно не роскошный, но все чистенько, персонал дружелюбный. Еда не балуют большим ассортиментом, но все что есть свежее и вкусное.

Хороший отель! Были два раза. Сейчас у них есть свой пляж с бесплатными лежаками и зонтиками. Хорошее питание.

Это 3* отель, номера очень старые, кондиционеры работают через раз, программы в июне 23 небыло вообще, хотя еда была вкусная, море просто мечта!
