I asked about the insertion of denim buttons + it was necessary to sew Velcro on the jacket in the collar area. Firstly, the cost is not equivalent to the work done, they took 8 rubles for each button, but they also put them poorly, one of the buttons was smashed and it stands crookedly. In order to sew a Velcro fastener measuring 2 by 2 cm, the cost of 8 rubles was announced, when asked not to do it, the employee tried to persuade, using the pretext of an already filled thread. The products were ready after 4 days (put 2 buttons and sew a small piece of tape?seriously?) When they asked to do it today, they said 30% for urgency, while there was no workload in the workshop. The cost was mentioned only when the work started, so that there would be no options to refuse. At the same time, they said 24 rubles for 2 buttons(but 8+8=16+30%=20.08), trying to cheat in the confusion, they didn't even give out a receipt, just a sales receipt. The seller communicated disrespectfully and fussily, there was an unpleasant aftertaste, apart from the fact that the work is not worth the money spent.

Deception and ignorance !!! 09.09.21 I contacted this artel about the repair of 3 trousers. The 2nd of them had to be shortened at the bottom, the third - to move the belt (trousers with an elastic band, without a zipper). I was told the price of 55p. (for 15p. for shortening and 25p. for the belt), after a little thought, they already reduced it to 50p, although I haven't said anything yet. I did not sign the receipt and asked to see the price list (there was a price list from 2018 on the stand!!!). At first I was told that they had (ATTENTION!!!) "negotiated prices", then they began to nervously search for the price list in the laptop, then they still decided to get rid of me by refusing service altogether and brought my things to the counter. And while I was writing a complaint, one of the women came up with the idea that they did not want to serve me (they tried on things, wrote out a receipt), because I allegedly had no mask and I needed to be called by the district police officer!! I've been wearing a mask all this time!! This circus and lies were so outraged that we called the district police officer. On the same day, the 2nd pair of trousers was repaired on the next street (shorten the bottom) for 17p.!! Spare your nerves and count the money!! Otherwise, this artel will COME up with a price for you(((((( I will definitely contact you further about this artel: those who can do it professionally should work in the service sector!
