My recent experience of staying at the Art Samarqand Hotel was something of a nightmare. Despite the fact that I had booked a small room with a large bed in advance, I was met by a receptionist who claimed that there was a misunderstanding with the service where I made the reservation and all the rooms were already occupied. I had no choice but to take an alternative room on the ground floor with three separate beds.
When I entered the room, I noticed that ants were running around on the bedside table next to the bed. Despite my message, the receptionist waved me off, saying that this was not a problem, and assured me that the staff would fix everything now. Unfortunately, the ant invasion turned out to be much more serious than I had anticipated; the room was infested with ants, which made my stay extremely unpleasant. Due to my busy schedule, I could not change the hotel and had to endure this unpleasant situation for 2 days.
In addition, the carpet in the room was terribly dirty, and the bed linen looked unwashed and unclean. It became obvious that the cleaning standards left much to be desired.
The breakfast experience was also depressing. The "restaurant" where breakfast was held was uncomfortably cold, which made it impossible to enjoy food in a calm environment. The breakfasts offered were meager and did not meet even the most basic expectations.
In conclusion, my stay at the Art Samarqand Hotel turned out to be a disappointment, marked by a low level of cleanliness, indifferent staff and poor quality of services. I strongly do not recommend choosing this hotel for potential guests in order to avoid the disappointments that I have encountered. Avoid the Art Samarqand Hotel at all costs.
Terrible wifi. The place is normal, close to the center. But when we were in 2024, there was a terrible repair of the road nearby, it was impossible to drive up by taxi. And they turned off the water and electricity for the whole day. And so - the hotel is normal

We used to stay at this hotel a lot. The last time we arrived, we were very disappointed. Since the renovation at the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Совсем не советую здесь останавливаться. Холодильник в номере стоял как формальность , он не подключен и розетки рядом нет, в номере вообще было только две розетки , около кровати двуспальной кровати , в одну из них был подключен WF , два телефона по очереди заряжали в одной розетке , в эту же розетку и чайник подключался. Душ сломан , воду горячую и отопление отключали , дверные ручки на саморезах едва держатся , вся обстановка выглядит сильно изношенной . Халатов нет, тапки пришлось просить , по телевизору только местные каналы, телек обычный , не смарт . В общем , не советую , их условия не соответствуют той сумме , которую они берут за день прибывания .
Небольшой приятный отель, сетевой, недорогой, но современный. Свежий ремонт с изюминкой, новая мебель, чистые качественные матрасы, санузел с хорошей сантехникой. Отзывчивый персонал. Принесли холодильник по нашей просьбе) На завтрак шведский стол без изысков, но красивая подача, все свежее. Из минусов можно отметить расположение не в центре, вид из окна на жилой дом

В 3 часа ночи дали вещи на стирку,в 8 утра уже готовые отдали)

Гостиница новая, но сервис, как и во всем Самарканде по сравнению с другими городами Узбекистана невысокого уровня. Промышленный город и этим всё сказано. По этому отелю, моего компаньона ночью покусали клопы (раздавил одного телом), собственно он и проснулся от этого, поменяли номер ( благо был один свободный), в другом номере не кусали, хотя сами понимаете не сразу заснули. При расчете за номер старший менеджер аж приехал в отель, и на вопрос о скидке (за неудобство, хотя и предыдущие гости могли завезти) начал нести чушь, что вообще мы вам дали два номера, мол россияне всегда чем-то недовольны, был груб и хамоват. Такое же мнение сложилось у гида и водителя. Не рекомендую этот отель из-за сервиса и отношения.
