A very good new hotel, but air conditioning system was not working. The railway road is close to the hotel and the sound of train disturbs sometimes while the windows are open.
Positive:
1. Beautiful entrance group.
2. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. 3. Separately, I would like to say about the breakfasts - the breakfasts are the decoration of this hotel, varied, delicious, we lived for 4 days and every day there was something new for breakfast, a large selection of dishes, the chefs are trying, they cook very tasty, thank them very much!
Minuses:
1. since the hotel is located next to the railway tracks, it happens that you wake up to the noise of the train and announcements through the loudspeaker, but these are the features of the hotel's location.
2. I draw the attention of the management that the cleaning staff needs to be informed that it is necessary to throw away only what is in the trash and obvious garbage. For 2 days in a row, they threw away the things I needed, which I did not think they would throw away, namely jars with my cosmetics, notes on A4 sheet. I approached the guys at the reception, asked them to tell them not to throw anything away - it was useless, either the guys did not pass it on to the cleaning staff, or the cleaning staff ignored these requests. By the end, I started hiding everything. In general, you need to work with the cleaning staff and explain that not everything needs to be thrown out.
The hotel is new, some areas are still being completed. Breakfast is normal. It's a good price, but the disadvantages outweigh it.
The room is spacious and clean, but the layout is poor, for example, there was no table where to eat and work. The WiFi was working intermittently.
The shower was designed with a mistake, there is no slope for water — every time there is a real flood in the bathroom. Not just a puddle, but a couple of centimeters of standing water. The toilet was also stopped with an error, too low, knees at chest level.
All 4 nights there was no cold water, only boiling water. Even in the toilet. It is impossible to take a shower. The saddest thing in this situation is the lies of the staff, who promise that they will fix everything right now. The fact that the problem with water in the entire hotel, and not in my room, was found out only from the maid.
You can't pay with a card, you made a transfer to someone's card, they didn't give you a receipt. It came as a surprise, I will not be able to receive compensation for accommodation from the accounting department.
