However, here are some red-flags:
1. We booked for our guests through booking several days before their arrival to Tashkent. We just wanted to check out our booking a day before their arrival, and surprise rooms we booked were not available because of some technical problems. Although, we asked them to solve the issue positively, they offered an option for the extra price. We had no other ways left but to contact booking, and clarify the situation. Booking staff reacted imminently, and solved our problem.
2. Our guests arrived, and settled to their rooms. Time for payment came and I wanted to pay in cash USD (old version). They said that they could not accept it only because it is an old version, and they will not be able to convert it at the bank (which I exchanged my local money to that USD money earlier on that day). I was an upset. But they did not receive, and I had to find UZS and pay on it.
3. As we solved our problems by approaching to booking staff, who later fined them for that, the hotel owner did not let our guests to leave their luggage at the hotel on the checkout for sometime. They just wanted to see Tashkent by the time of their flight.

We were on New Year's holidays 2024-2025. A very pleasant hotel. It's all clear. Cleaning is daily. The restaurant offers a variety of breakfasts. We lived in a one-room suite with four children. The room has two double beds, armchairs, tables, kettle, smart TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, spacious wardrobe. The room is very spacious.
The restaurant is open only for breakfast. You can order food at the hotel through the Yandex.Food app, and you can choose to pay in cash if you do not have a card that works in Uzbekistan.
The hotel has a swimming pool, Turkish hammam, sauna. Their attendance is paid. You need to book your time in advance. We paid 350 thousand Uzbek sums per hour for 4 people (about 3 thousand rubles). They ask you to pay in cash. Other guests are not allowed to use the pool and baths during the paid time.
Nice hotel, cozy, new, very clean, there was water in the room, kettle, tea, coffee, mugs, towels, all bathroom accessories, large TV with Internet access, Wi-Fi worked well, the hotel has a spa complex, restaurant and swimming pool, an hour in the pool is 100,000 rubles, breakfast is included in the price at night. Nearby there are coffee shops, cafes, a cosmetics magnet across the street, and banks are not far away. They couldn't change the money at the hotel itself, they don't have any cash in the ATM, but maybe someone will be more lucky.

A very cozy restaurant with delicious and varied breakfasts, having breakfast in the morning, before lunch you don't have to think about food at all, and the rooms are clean and tidy.
However, there are nuances.
We stopped by for a day and at night found that the shower drain was clogged with other people's hair, which is why the water practically did not leave. I had to fix the problem myself, which was quite unpleasant. At the reception, the guys reacted promptly and made a small discount for this incident, which smoothed the impression.
And the most noticeable disadvantage is the weak sound insulation. At night, literally everything could be heard: conversations, televisions, coughing, blowing his nose, even the sounds of lovemaking. By the way, there was no noise from the street at all, only internal sounds made it difficult to sleep.
The location of the hotel is very convenient: the city center is about 10 minutes away by car, the metro is 15 minutes on foot, and public transport is convenient nearby.
Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression due to the design, comfort and attitude of the staff.
If noise insulation is not important to you, then feel free to choose this option, most likely you will be satisfied!

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel in the last two years, but, unfortunately, the quality of service has not improved. The convenient location of the hotel is important, as we come to work for a few days.
Cleaning leaves much to be desired: they are poorly cleaned, they constantly forget to put towels and garbage bags, water. Sometimes it also happened that it was cleaner before the cleaners than after. If you call the reception with a request to bring a towel, you have to wait a very long time, but in the end you still go to get it yourself.
Once after cleaning, the girl forgot to put another 1 set of towels, I think by the number of toothbrushes in the bathroom- it's not difficult to guess how many people live in the room, and not by the number of people who are in the room at the time of cleaning. Thinking is not our strong suit, and you see it every time. So, she also asked to bring a garbage bag. The girl walked away, leaving the door open and did not return. I had to go to the reception myself to get towels at night.
Another serious problem is the smell of sewage. No matter which rooms we stay in, he is always present. The Wi-Fi is unstable, and the TV is, in fact, just for beauty – it's impossible to watch something over the Internet.
A separate "pleasure" is the local cleaners, or, as they can be called, the gang-watering can. Instead of cleaning normally, they can gather as a whole team under the door of the room, chat loudly, laugh and discuss their topics. And you're lying in your room and you can hear the whole "corporate party" thing because there's no sound insulation.
The reception staff is mostly polite, but that alone is not enough if the hotel's problems are not solved year after year. Judging by the reviews, they complain about the same thing, but the administration simply copies the standard answers, which indicates the complete indifference of the management to the comfort of the guests.
The breakfasts are top.
If service and comfort are important to you, think twice before choosing this hotel.

We went back to the reception, here again we remember the wonderful staff of the hotel - they gave us a suite, because there were no more rooms, we spent 2 nights there (room 12). It is very difficult to call a suite a suite, imagine there is a cubicle in the corner of the room that does not close well, but there is a toilet and shower) for a couple without children, the option is very good, the walls are glass with black blocks, that is, you will see each other's activities, but with intrigue) the ideal option is to get to know each other in all its manifestations. On the third night, we were moved - but to a room where we watched TV with our neighbors and for some reason they chose programs not to our liking, I think because they watched it in their room, but it was heard like in a good family circle Alone at Home for the New Year. Personally, I liked this hotel. The breakfasts are delicious, with a huge variety, fresh vegetables and fruits, lots of pastries, cakes, biscuits, sausage cuts, mini sams and more. The suite is very decent. Sauna and pool for 5+.
A very beautifully decorated hotel. Everything is brand new and modern. The maids tried and fulfilled the requests. Thank them very much! There was water in the room, a kettle and tea sets, hygiene, slippers, everything was there. We liked it. Four stars for two things. 1. Sometimes there were not enough tables for breakfast and we had to wait. The hall is not very large for such a number of rooms. 2. We ordered a SPA (hammam, sauna and swimming pool), forgot to prepare, sat waiting for 40 minutes and then it turned out that we were not warned that the hammam was not working((
