I really liked the hotel. The sea is 10 steps away!The room is clean, spacious, and has a large bed! Everything you need is there. There is a laundry service! There is tea, coffee, sugar, and a carafe of water in the room -a nice bonus! The wall on the balcony is glass, and so is the balcony, which creates a view from the room, as if we were at sea on a ship. The breakfast buffet is varied and nutritious! Special thanks for the delicious cheesecakes

The hotel is located by the sea. It's all thought out for five, I think. We were in March (we returned today). The room has underfloor heating-it helps a lot out of season.
Clear. I like the details. The TV is good, YouTube is working.
The staff is customer-oriented, which is uncommon in Abkhazia.
The room was cleaned every day. We were especially pleased with the two pillows for everyone. It seems like a small thing, but I liked it.
There are all kinds of soap dishes. Slippers. Dressing gowns.
Kettle. Tea. Glasses. Mugs. Fridge.
Parking is available.
There is an old park and several beaches nearby. I advise you to go to Kelasur.
The hotel definitely does. There is a cafe nearby-prices are normal. Delicious.
Wi-Fi without interruptions.

We visited in March 2025, and we liked everything.
I would like to come in a warmer time of the year, I hope it will work out.
Great view from the room, great location directly on the beach, and good food at the Airat restaurant.
The owners have done well - they have come up with a suitable concept and are systematically implementing it.

again, but something needs to be done about the shower partitions. It looks unfinished right now.
