Very good hotel 😍 the rooms in the hotel are simply gorgeous , beautiful beds , clean linens , good toilet , paper and water are brought every day because you can not drink from the tap , pastel linen is changed 2 times a week , floors are washed every day , the staff is just great 👍 kind , always a smile on my face , I will never forget them! The dining room is also good , there is a lot of food , there are soups , and every day they are different and delicious , then there can be pasta with meat or funchosa , as well as rice and much more ! There is freshly squeezed orange juice and all sorts of different teas , you can also make bread in a toaster and spread it with either butter or jam , as a result , the hotel is very good , I advise everyone to go there, it's just gorgeous, and there's also a roof on the 6th floor , there are chairs and swings.

I got into this hotel on a Fortuna 3* package. The hotel is located far from the beach, about 25-30 minutes on foot, there is a motorbike rental at the hotel, opposite there is a very colorful cafe with low prices, near the 7eleven store. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is cleaned every day. The breakfast is varied, but the main course is a glaze of 2 eggs and 2 sausages. On the top floor there is an outdoor terrace with panoramic views and a lounge area. For a short tour, or with the condition of renting a bike, I recommend the hotel.

Nice three-star hotel. Great location, helpful staff. Regular cleaning, breakfast from 08-00 to 10-00. Scrambled eggs, omelet, vegetables, rice, watermelon. Coffee. There are bank rentals. The taxi arrives in 2 minutes. We liked everything!

The hotel is clean for the night and that's it.
There is no swimming pool in the hotel, the breakfasts are quite modest.
The room has a TV (surprisingly with three Russian-language channels),
Air conditioning and safe.
The bed is quite comfortable, you can sleep.
The rooms are not tired a lot, but not critically.
An iron and scales are available on request (if you need to weigh your luggage).
With many disadvantages, it must be admitted that the rooms are clean, and the staff is polite enough and willing to help with issues.

We stayed at this hotel as a transit, on the way to Koh Samui. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room has a large bed, the air conditioning worked properly. But the location is not very convenient, Patong beach is quite far away on foot in 25 minutes, cafes, restaurants, etc. are also not close. There is a 7 eleven store opposite. It will work as a budget option, but you definitely shouldn't overpay for it.

We stayed at the hotel only one night last year and two nights this year according to the Fortuna system when traveling to Krabi and this year to Koh Samui. It will do for the night, this year they even gave a room with a window and a balcony, and last year there was not even a window. Do not believe that this is the 2nd line, it is rather 2-3 km from Patong beach, there from the mountain back to the slide. The room itself is already very very tired, but everything is as old and massive as in the reception room of the party boss from the 80s. If you check out early, then do not wait for breakfast- lunch boxes are not given, as stated by a handwritten announcement in the lobby and even in Russian.

We went to the Hotel using the fortuna 3* system - the reviews correspond. To spend the night - with dignity. They clean it up. Breakfasts are not particularly varied, but at least they are available) it is convenient that there is a 7/11 store opposite, fruits, small cafes and makashnitsy nearby. It's a long way to the sea, but it matches its price) there are bikes for rent. Beach towels are provided. The staff is friendly. After a rest, a pleasant impression)

We rested here in March 2024. We drove on the Fortuna 3* system.
If you plan to spend a hotel vacation with your family here, then this hotel is definitely not suitable for you. It is mainly good for young people who come here only to spend the night, and spend the rest of their time exploring the island. The breakfasts are monotonous. Coffee/tea/juice, one mug per person, then 50 baht for each additional one. Of the fruits, only watermelon, there are always cereals with milk or yogurt. a small amount of vegetables. They cook scrambled eggs or omelets in the morning. In general, the food is a solid three. The location of the hotel is good in terms of distance from the noisy places of Patong, there is nothing that bothered you much at night. Of the amenities nearby there was a 7/11 store, laundries, cafes with local food, a pharmacy, but there was little choice.
It takes about 20 minutes on foot to the beach, and 10 minutes to the nearest exchange office. They give out beach towels, there is bike rental.
In general, if you are interested in a comfortable stay, with 3 meals a day, daily housekeeping and other buns, then you are clearly not here. Otherwise, this is a 2.5-3 star hotel with no frills.

We traveled Dec-jan25 using the fortuna system (for the first time)we were shocked when we arrived, the pastels were stained (it's not clear if they didn't wash off, or if they just didn't change)there is no hair dryer, there were three of us, and all for 2 people (mugs, spoons)our room 211 has a view from the window onto the wall of the neighboring building, and a tiny balcony overlooked a courtyard with some garbage (old bicycles, flower pots,bags of something...sometimes it was stinky to open the windows and the balcony from this dumpster, also because there were boxes from other people's air conditioners on the balcony...and when someone turned it on, we had a lot of noise and it blew out the heat... and some creatures were flying...either flies or mosquitoes...There are 3 times in Tae...but I've never encountered them..They bitten everyone..Well, the sheets were never changed..although they nodded at the reception every time ..Yes, yes...It's a long way from the sea, 25-30 minutes along busy intersections...In short, I'm not happy with fortune 3*!Anex, the tour operator, also cheated - they bought a water park tour, but they didn't even take us there!

A good hotel for your money. VERY VERY GOOD Staff, there is a feeling that your close relatives whom you have not seen for a long time)))) we asked for a room with a balcony - please, always sincere smiles. They are very friendly. Ten steps away you can have a delicious meal for 60 baht per person, twenty steps in both directions there are round-the-clock supermarkets with everything you need. Taxi to the beach is 100 baht. The location, the presence of a swimming pool and everything you need to know when choosing a hotel - everything is publicly available, for your money - is excellent, almost any questions and requests are solved with a smile and immediately. I repeat once again that FOR THIS MONEY IT IS VERY GOOD.

We had a rest in March 2023, the hotel is cozy and small, located far from the beach, but then you get used to it and it seems normal, but on the way we did all the shopping. The staff is very friendly, the breakfasts are delicious and varied. It's bad that there is no pool, but there is a playground on the roof where you can sit in the evening. There are rooms without Windows, we did not see bedbugs and cockroaches, we liked everything!

When we arrived here, we were told that our room was allegedly damaged and we needed to stay at the Dynastya Hotel for 2 days. (It was very dirty there. The shower, toilet, and sink have probably never been washed. Garbage, pumice stone, etc. remained from previous residents. Wi-fi is only available at the reception). At the appointed time, we returned to the Art Mansion and had breakfast. We came to our room, and there was food left in the refrigerator after the previous resident, garbage in the bucket, a voucher in the safe, the bed and towels were not changed, the dishes were not washed. It was unpleasant. They hung a sign about cleaning, washed everything, but not to say that it was perfect, but most importantly, they changed the bed. They didn't put toilet paper on for 2 days. Breakfast is normal: 3 hot dishes to choose from, toast, fruits (watermelon, pineapple, banana, apple), coffee, tea, juice, scrambled eggs or omelet with sausages. In general, the hotel is normal, 3 stars will do, but the relocation situation is extremely unpleasant. Next to 7/11 and VidS mini. Wi-fi in the room was fine . The beach is a 20-minute walk away.

The hotel is clean, I liked it very much, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is varied, everything is delicious, take as much as you want. There is an outdoor terrace on the roof, and many different cafes and shops have opened nearby. There are also comments, the distance from the sea (but in a straight line you go directly to the northern part of the beach, it is the cleanest), cleaning the room has to be supervised by workers, there was allegedly no water in the hotel when checking in, so they settled in another one for one night.

In general, the hotel itself is on the verge of completely sucks with "you can be patient," but the trick of my stay there was that the hotel promised the tour operator to accommodate, for example, 200 people. And it is designed for 60. The tour operator brought 200 people there and the hotel administration sent 140 to "friends". I was unlucky and I was sent to another hotel and there was hell. The number of bedbugs was such that they almost carried me away. There was a long trial and the manshen administration got their ass kicked, but it hardly stopped them. Therefore, keep in mind that you can expect anything from them.

And the roommates had bedbugs too.
