The ingredients are fresh, the cabbage solution is unusual, but I really liked it (I won't spoilerize). I would say that this is one of the best shawarma that I have tried, the sauce is plentiful, the chicken is delicious, like everything else. The only thing I want to find fault with is that the lavash is falling apart, something needs to be done about it, although I ordered a small shawarma (the lavash itself is delicious). In short, I highly recommend it!

I'm not exaggerating: they just greeted us and asked us to name the order number (they didn't do anything with this information later). while we are standing and waiting for at least some kind of promotion, the cashier goes into the kitchen and begins to prepare the order of other customers, still without commenting on the situation in any way. It was only when we started discussing all this among ourselves (in a whisper) that the cashier listened and deigned to inform us that it was necessary to wait for order confirmation from the call center. It is also not clear how long to wait.
in the end, they left with nothing, they didn't tell us goodbye either)
I will never come here again and I do not advise anyone, the staff shows complete disrespect to the client and shows their complete lack of professionalism.

we ordered XL with shrimp, XL Ukrainian and fry-box.
When I returned home, I found 2 shawarma: Hawaiian and Spicy.
Judging by the composition inside and the weight, it really was a Hawaiian XL and a Spicy XL.
But it's okay, it's weird, but it's bearable.
The fry-box with a weight of 450g turned out to be 299g and there were no sauces, nor half of the ingredients: potatoes, cheese medallions.
I took 2 shawarma here on different days. Who knows, but my staff was polite and did everything on time. There are questions about the shawarma itself. The application does not specify what kind of sauce it contains and in the two positions that I took (Belarusian and fitness) there was a very strange sauce for an amateur, as if with horseradish.
The company ordered shawarma. Not only did they confuse my shawarma and my friend's shawarma in places, but they also put barbecue sauce in mine instead of teriyaki sauce, WHICH I HATE, even it was like a cat crying there. The hot sauce, which I took additionally, felt minimal. Too many pieces of chicken, a lot of cabbage, it's not difficult to chew, I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE. TERRIBLE SHAWARMA.

The situation is similar with garlic sauce. There was almost no meat, just cabbage. The girl who was packing the shawarma was without gloves, her hair was not removed.
We ordered 8 shawarma, brought 5 as a result. When asked how it happened, they explained that the administrator was new and simply confused. As a result, we were left without lunch and in a week-long wait for a refund. Terrible customer orientation
I don't know why some people are outraged in the comments. Shava is delicious, the stock for 4 buns is generally top. The staff is polite, cooked quickly, generally top for your money.
Ordered for pickup in the app. They wrote at 19:15 it will be ready. We arrived for the order at the stated time, the administrator immediately meets us at the entrance with a dissatisfied face and declares that orders are not accepted (it will be ready in 40 minutes). Not bad, but I haven't been to the institution itself. In the delivery, the shawarma did not come soaked, although it is packed in foil. The only negative, for me personally, is only cheese pita bread.

We ordered delivery via Yandex. We brought 2 shawarma, 1-500g gram, 2- 400g gram. Gramovki did not converge on 50 grams each. (This is rather underdone meat). In the meat room (on request) there was 2 meat, and as a result almost only vegetables. The pita bread softened and dispersed in 2 * x, everything flowed into the package (thanks for it). After the middle of the pita bread, it is not possible to eat at all, everything flowed and fell out. There were no napkins from the word at all. The taste is 5 out of 10. We will not order more.
Delicious shawarma, at a low price. Polite staff.There are nuggets, hot dogs, French fries!!! When you want shawarma, I go there specially from the Robin!!!
