I ordered a classic shawarma for delivery, everything is fine, there are no complaints about temperature and other things. The shawarma itself is very, very good-quality, delicious, you can choose several sauces upon delivery. I chose garlic and barbecue. The ingredients are fresh, the cabbage solution is unusual, but I really liked it (I won't spoilerize). I would say that this is one of the best shawarma that I have tried, the sauce is plentiful, the chicken is delicious, like everything else. The only thing I want to find fault with is that the lavash is falling apart, something needs to be done about it, although I ordered a small shawarma (the lavash itself is delicious). In short, I highly recommend it!
We placed an order in the application at a certain time, we come to the institution, we want to pay for the order, the guy at the checkout comes up with an indifferent face, very slowly punches the order, there was some kind of hitch, called the receptionist's girl, she came up, called somewhere, explained something to the guy, nothing was said to us all this time as if we are not there, 10 minutes have passed, not a word has been said to us, as a result, we hear from the guy the question: what should I say to the girl? firstly, why the employee talks about the guest in his presence in the third person, and secondly, why the problem is not explained to the guest and no one pays attention

In the end, they said that they need to contact support and resolve the issue. in parallel with their discussion, the guy began to prepare the ones following our order, although we had an order placed by a certain time. why do you need to do such a function if you have to wait for your order to be placed by the time you arrive?
there is no professionalism on the part of the administrator and the employee, it is not clear in the end why the girl is there
the order through the app was simply ignored. we ordered self–delivery by 11:00, as a result we come - the guys are awake, not in the spirit) the cashier called the administrator, began to sort things out among themselves. The admin eventually started solving another person's problem, they didn't even look at us. we stood for 10 minutes, during all this time there was no apology or explanation of the situation. I'm not exaggerating: they just greeted us and asked us to name the order number (they didn't do anything with this information later). while we are standing and waiting for at least some kind of promotion, the cashier goes into the kitchen and begins to prepare the order of other customers, still without commenting on the situation in any way. It was only when we started discussing all this among ourselves (in a whisper) that the cashier listened and deigned to inform us that it was necessary to wait for order confirmation from the call center. It is also not clear how long to wait.
in the end, they left with nothing, they didn't tell us goodbye either)
