We booked a room through the ISLAND
We lived in a triple room with a very beautiful view from the balcony, the owner is responsive, friendly and understanding, if there was any question, he helped and tried to explain. Very attentive attitude to their residents.
It is located near the center, I really liked the hotel stay, a cozy and comfortable room, all the conditions are there, in the future I plan to stay only in this hotel
To all those who are planning a trip to Yerevan. I advise you to stay here
For such a price, luxury accommodation!!! Everything corresponds to the cost. It was rented for 1,900 per day, this is a very low cost. The room had a balcony, a view of Mount Ararat. The hotel is fully occupied all the time, there are no empty seats. We wanted to book for 5 days, but we were only free for 3 days, we had to leave the hotel for 2 days, look for other accommodation, where we faced prices at least 50% higher. Therefore, I recommend this hotel!!!
We stayed in room 7 from September 21 to 27. There was a smell of dampness in the room; the window in the ceiling does not open; the sink is clogged; dust on the bedside tables and table; the bed linen is old, does not fit the size of the bed; the mattress is old - every spring is felt; the dishes were dirty when checking in. Bed linen was given out without a duvet cover, which we received (the administrator will leave on the table in the common corridor) on the third day of our stay, after daily reminders. The blanket is a blanket that covers the bed, it was very old and dirty, I had to use a sheet from the second bed.
During the first three days, the room was never cleaned, the garbage was not taken out. When contacting the administrator, he said that the cleaner was ill. It is unclear what prevented another employee from getting out. The administrator apologized for this situation, took away the garbage, promised to clean up.
The next day they really cleaned up. Towels were taken away, bed linen was replaced, but the garbage was taken away, only displayed in bags. The bucket was never taken out. Towels were given out only store-bought and unwashed. Towels are the cheapest - they climbed a lot, it is impossible to use them. Every day the administrator was not in place, they corresponded in the chat all the time. All requests were answered with "OK, sorry", after which almost nothing was done.
There are practically no breakfasts!
Even before booking the hotel, the administrator informed that a "classic Armenian breakfast" was provided. The question of what is included in it was not answered specifically. I clarified that we would leave early every day, whether it was possible to prepare breakfast in the evening and bring it to the room, to which they replied "no problem." As a result, nothing was brought to us on the first evening. In the morning, before departure, I received a message from the administrator that breakfast was in the hallway. Indeed, there was a package on the table in the corridor, it was not known how long it had been there. Breakfast for two consisted of rice and two sandwiches. The rice must have been bought at the supermarket before closing at a discount, because the abundance of oil in it was excessive, as if it had been applied from the very bottom. Sandwiches are two huge booths, with a transparent piece of sour sausage. I consider such a breakfast an insult, I had to throw it away. I wrote to the administrator that it is impossible to eat! Is it possible to give two boiled eggs for breakfast, which I am ready to buy on my own, to which the answer was once again "good". We never saw breakfast again.
The garbage has never been taken out! I had to put the package in the hallway so that it wouldn't smell in the room. Before the eviction, the administrator apologized and presented a bottle of wine, but it remains a mystery why it was impossible to take out the trash and wipe the dust. There was no desire to return to the room in the evenings.
I do not wish harm to anyone, but I consider it my duty to warn tourists not to consider this hotel for accommodation in any case! Judging by the reviews, this hotel was really good, but until 2020.
Thanks to the ISLAND, which promptly intervened and provided an alternative hotel. In July, a deluxe room was booked and paid for, arriving at the hotel on August 10, it turned out that the room was not ready, according to the information that came to the mail: the air conditioner was broken, the cost was paid, which does not correspond to the real one, and in general our family is not expected here. The owner categorically did not get in touch, referring to the fact that he was at a meeting (Saturday???). BY THE WAY, THE RECEPTION IS QUITE DIRTY - DUST, COBWEBS ON THE CEILING.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL FOR ACCOMMODATION. THE RATING IS "1"
The biggest plus of this hotel is the staff. There is very little of it, but they are trying very hard. The breakfast is hearty and delicious, but there is only one table in the cafe downstairs, so it's better to ask for room service. The rooms are spacious and bright, but cool, especially on the third floor of the family. In summer, it will probably be cool to sit on the balcony and look at Ararat, but in winter we gave an oak tree, we had to turn on the air conditioner for heating. For one night, it'll do. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and good attitude. A little messing with engineering systems, updating furniture and there will be a decent hotel.
A terrible dirty place with broken locks in the rooms, a dirty bathroom and staff who don't even know how to knock but just come in. I didn't hear any apologies. It is not known where they got 9 booking points from, apparently there was another owner
A small, private living room house. The prefix "art" is due to a few cheap souvenirs in the lobby of the second floor. There is a kitchen, a washing machine. The TV is not working, wifi is broken in half.We got a room on the third floor, spacious, but without windows, there was one window in the ceiling. There is a bed made of chipboard on the double bed. The hotel is normal for a couple of days.
An unpleasant smell. There is no breakfast, although there is one on the websites.
Average feelings. You can spend the night with us for a long time, I do not recommend it.
Close to the city center, budget cost, that's where the advantages ended.
Cons: the room is dead, the furniture is old, the beds are bedsore, the red tile on the floor is annoying, the repair suggests "screaming", there is no TV.
An excellent hotel, very friendly staff, we had our booking dates postponed for free, as our flight was delayed for a day and at each meeting they asked if everything was in order, such care is very pleasant. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, warm, and has everything you need. The majestic Ararat is also visible. Thank you very much!
Greetings from fraternal Rostov-on-Don! for the first time in my far from small travel experience, the picture of the booklet coincided with reality; a cozy, comfortable hotel, design, level of service, breakfasts, will give odds to many European hotels.Best wishes to the hostess Annushka, the tour organizer Elena, the guide Garik, the driver Aram, I recommend to all lovers of a relaxing holiday, where you will always find an answer to all questions, and in general, the people of Armenia are hospitable, friendly, open.
