I recently used the windshield replacement service at Art Glass, and I was absolutely delighted! From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Every interaction with the company's employees was professional and friendly, which created a great first impression.
While I was waiting for the work to be completed, I had the opportunity to relax on a comfortable sofa where a game console was installed! It really added extra comfort. I was also able to enjoy delicious coffee, which made the waiting time even more enjoyable.
As for the glass replacement itself, the work was done quickly and efficiently. The windshield is installed without any comments, and it looks great!
I definitely recommend art glass to anyone who is looking for reliable and high-quality service. Thanks to the team for their excellent work!

I arrived by appointment, everything was done quickly, in less than two hours. We saw that during the last replacement of the wines, they were filled with sealant, but the master was able to clean before installing a new glass. There is a room for clients and Wi-Fi. There is a set-top box (like an ixbox, but I did not consider it) with a TV, but judging by the layer of dust, this is not a working option. It is not a very convenient procedure for receiving an invoice and payment (you could collect it in one place and not walk up the stairs). They advise on how to operate the car later, they give a one-year warranty. There is a coffee machine.

Quite a sensible glass installation desk. The staff is competent, cultured, quite courteous, knows their tasks. I changed the windshield, installed a heated KMK and rain and light sensors. All functions work as expected. They guarantee the serviceability of functions, to eliminate the detected defect. It is possible to record for a certain time. However, keep in mind that the recording time is very conditional. When I called to make an appointment, I was asked for 9, 10, 11, etc. with an interval of one hour. Well, I chose 10 o'clock, arrived, there was one car at work. I was told that they would finish this car soon and after it it would be possible to stop by. So, we managed to stop by at ten to eleven. It was done relatively quickly, in about an hour. In general, it's better not to plan things end-to-end.
There is a small waiting room with a soft sofa, a TV, an SPS4 game console, discs with games and movies, a coffee machine, a table with pencils, decorations, etc. for children, a heater. Of course, I would like this room to be cleaned up a little more often, but its presence in itself already commands respect for taking care of customers.
I applied on the recommendation and taking into account the feedback. In general, I am satisfied, I can recommend it.

I arrived by appointment at the time, they let me into the box, there was another car there. They cut out the windshield in the first car, then brought a new glass, smeared it with glue and only then started on my car. In general, everything is OK, no complaints. I was satisfied with both the cost and the replacement.
I took off one star, for smoking near the gate inside the box, breathe everything, it's cold for us masters to go outside))
Chinese glass was recommended, and it was installed.

We contacted Maria's manager about installing a windshield. They said that everything is available, choose the time for recording and send it to Viber. I sent it to Viber on Thursday at 10.00, there was no response until Friday at 12.00. I called back and it turned out that there was no glass available, and wait 3 weeks. Without warnings or apologies. When contacting the head, he said that these are my problems and there is nothing terrible here, look further. I do not recommend this company. After 15 minutes, I solved my question in another company, and even cheaper.

I was looking for a replacement glass. I should note right away that the price turned out to be the lowest among all those I turned to, and there were more than 12 of them. We agreed on the morning at 9.00. I arrived at 8.55 a.m. the masters were on site, they said to wait. As a result, the car drove in only at 9.15 a.m. The glass was replaced, they told about the nuances. There are no questions about gluing, but there were pieces of dirt on the panel and the torpedo, apparently they were under the seal when the body was wiped, they just fell into the cabin, as well as pieces of old glass, neither wiped nor vacuumed, maybe this is compensation for the low price?. The final calculation did not bring any surprises, the price has not changed.

There are no claims in terms of quality. The windshield was installed quickly. The only negative is a small scratch on the aluminum molding of the windshield, but for me it is not critical! Convenient access, unlike some competitors! The staff is pleasant to talk to. The white canvas of the ceiling remained clean. After the procedure, you need to use a vacuum cleaner (wherever you put the glass). Glass was available on a relatively rare car.
