Увидела рекламу, решила заказать сет, было 20:50, на сайте время было указано доставка 45 минут, ориентировочное время 21:40.
Перезвонил менеджер, немного грубая и резкая девушка, сообщила сто возможны задержки.
В 22.14 пришло смс что курьер выехал.
Пишу отзыв, сейчас 23:45, заказа до сих пор нет, курьер сообщает что "хз когда к вам доеду, у меня много заказов с опозданием, мы и после 00:00 доставляем, у нас не вышел курьер, поэтому так".
Считаю не организованная работа руководства, неужели нельзя вывести кого-то ещё?
За 2 часа что случится с моим заказом в дороге, страшно представить.
Я надеюсь что данное заведение примет какие-то меры к сотрудникам, кто допустил такой "сазос". Хотелось бы получить какую-то обратную связь.

Заказ был холодник и сет "макеба".
Холодник мало того, что соленый так и пол яйца не готовое (желток был жидким) .
Сет уже в мусорке ,теплый , суши разваливаются, вкус ни о чем .
Даже коту по запаху не понравилось.
