The toilet drain tank was not working. The float is stuck. I had to disassemble the tank and fix it.
Notice that I'm being polite about it at the reception. By morning, the problem had not been fixed.

We booked a hotel, we received confirmation, we arrived in the evening to check in, we were told that our reservation was not available, and there were no empty seats either. The reason was explained to us at the reception first by the fact that they now have a different account on the booking, and there is no access to the one we booked, the second option was voiced to us by the administrator we called, she generally said that anyone can steal photos from their account and make the same page. But the fact that the photo on the booking corresponds, the name and address too, and the reviews from 2018 did not become an argument for her. There were no apologies, we were told that they could not help us in any way. In total, my husband and I and 2 other girls who arrived at that moment, while we were dealing with the armor there, stayed at 9 o'clock in the evening without an overnight stay! A careless attitude .

I didn't like the hotel.
Pros: the room is large, good bathroom, location.
Cons: hard mattresses, it's like sleeping on a wooden pallet. Even putting a blanket on didn't help. There is a construction site nearby, they start knocking from 6-7 in the morning. We were in room 101. The air conditioner and extractor hood in the bathroom are noisy like helicopters - you can't leave them overnight. The hair dryer turns on every other time. They didn't even put toilet paper in the room when preparing the room. Well, the worst part is: this part of the rooms are located next to the reception. And if you check in or check out at night, you will definitely hear it, conversations, banging on the bell for the hostesses, footsteps on the creaking stairs.
Breakfast for three: fried eggs, finely chopped sausages, sausage and cheese, muesli. Some desserts and fruits. Compote, tea, instant coffee, milk.
I do not agree with people who say that they go to the reception and all problems are solved. I think that problems with the room should be solved by the staff before check-in, and not run to them and ask for something. There is no refrigerator in the room. That is, to come from the street at + 36 and not even drink cool water in the room.

The hotel is very clean, the bed is snow-white, the mattresses are very comfortable, the bathrooms are perfectly clean.

A great place in the quiet center of Tashkent. There are private houses all around, a lot of greenery, 2.5 km to the very center - Amir Timur Square, we walked to clear our conscience (to justify all the goodies we ate)))). The room is large, with good sound insulation of the walls (I did not hear the neighbors at all), but a thin single door (because the entrance to the room from the reception, it was audible). The most bombastic thing is a huge comfortable bed.
Only local channels are available on TV. There is a kettle and 3 tea bags in the room, but there is no sugar or spoons - you can ask for them in the dining room (do not wait for the restaurant). Breakfasts - well, you won't stay hungry, but don't expect any frills either: porridge, sliced bread, some pastries, instant coffee, tea, a basket with apples. They killed cheap portion jams (cherries and strawberries) - seriously?! In Uzbekistan, in the autumn, during the fruit season ...
it is impossible to change money at the reception.
In general, if you do not find fault with the little things, and return tired after excursions to spend the night is a good option.
