Be very careful when booking this hotel. We have booked this location.(we needed to be in this area, and this hotel seems to have a good price and the reviews are normal) and as a result, we arrived at night, and without any warning they sent us to another hotel, their company on the other side of the city near the Yuzhny railway station. And there is a very beautiful hotel outwardly, which has only recently been opened, but it was built incorrectly. There are a lot of things that don't work or fall off. The water from the shower flows to the toilet. The phone doesn't work, there's nothing in the room, no cleaner, no blanket, you call the reception, they say we'll fix it - and they can't fix anything. For two days that we lived, something in the corridor beeped 24 hours a day. The insulation is very bad, we could hear the reception from the third floor. The windows in the rooms are very strangely arranged. The hotel is called Art royal. You can Google it.
The hotel has two advantages: a beautiful hall and rooms, and a good breakfast buffet with coffee beans.
The service is all smiling but they can't do anything. (.

We are currently staying at this hotel for 3 days, at first we were a little upset when checking in that the room is small and without a refrigerator, by the way, there is also no safe in the room.
But believe me, the very polite attitude of the staff, the tastiest buffet food (yes, without meat) such that there is no discomfort in the stomach after a hearty meal , good san .the room, the very comfortable bed and the air conditioning cover these little flaws.
P.S . We take earplugs with us on all trips and no extraneous noises interfere with us.

If I had known that there would be such a service, I would not have stopped here. I'll start with the fact that we were on a business trip with colleagues and took 3 rooms and each was terrible in its own way: one on the ground floor with windows to the courtyard, from where it stinks of paint and the audibility is terrible, workers or visitors are sitting in the morning and talking loudly, it is impossible to sleep, be ready to wake up at 6 even if you It's not necessary. The switch to the bathroom is broken, the lamp by the bed is not lit, the door needs to be opened, making efforts and "catching the moment" when the key goes into the right position(( in another room, the curtains are torn off and it smells of smoke, no one reacted to 5 requests to fix the curtains ((( in the third room, its charms are cramped, it smells like cigarettes and is very noisy from the street (in general, the hotel leaves much to be desired ... it was not very comfortable.

Nice and clean hotel. It is located not far from the metro and railway station. Good and delicious breakfasts. A very unfriendly attitude towards tourists from Russia. The hotel room was booked four months before check-in. Upon arrival , it was announced that they could not settle us for some far -fetched reasons . The situation broke up only after the intervention of friends living in Tashkent. The next day, I received an email about the rebooking. Throughout the rest, we were worried that they would be evicted from the hotel. Tourists from Russia need to think very carefully before booking a room at this hotel.

I really liked the hotel! Pancakes are very tasty for breakfast! The rooms are clean and well cleaned. The location is convenient: 10 minutes walk to the metro, close to the bus station.
We stayed at a family club, occupied several rooms and were allowed to play board games in the cafe in the evening even after closing. Thank you very much!

There is not enough refrigerator, although there is a place for it in the niche of the table, and there is also nowhere to put a suitcase. There are several restaurants near the hotel, as well as a pilaf center.
But some are cleaned daily and at the same time, which is convenient.

Terrible hotel! The buffet sucks! The rooms suck! Wooden stairs are not for people. Business travelers should be more careful, they do not provide accounting documents. The worst hotel I've ever been to. The whole impression of a beautiful country was spoiled by this hotel.

There is a bazaar about 2 stops away, but it is unpleasant to go there - the street is like an industrial zone and the road is dirty, there is asphalt in the pits. It is a long walk to the metro, not 10 minutes at all, as indicated. It's inconvenient from the Pushkin metro, a big loop for a U-turn, an uninhabited place, it's scary in the evening. The subway has nothing, and neither do people. There is no mini-bar in the room, as stated, the phone does not work, 2 hangers. They promised to bring it, but they forgot. They promised to call in the morning, but overslept. This is the attitude towards customers. They don't give out cards at the counter, they don't tell you about the city. Very tasteless breakfasts, you can't eat it. And everything.It even looks bad. Instant coffee. It is unclear why the hotel's rating is high.

It's been a long time since I've been in such a bad hotel, although I travel a lot. Firstly, we were immediately put in room 106, and this is the room where the window looks out into the barn, yes, into our own, where there is a washing machine that works around the clock and a lot of different things inside, we refused, we were offered a neighboring room, the same tiny one, where we had to walk sideways and preferably only one person. The window looked out onto an enclosed courtyard, that is, there was no sun at all and plus there were their very angry maids who discussed all the guests of the hotel, loudly, without ceremony, in all details. They refused to change it, saying that well, there are no empty seats at all. The room had good air conditioning, a comfortable bed, linen was not changed, and very good towels, which were also not changed, and a large bathtub. Everything else was covered by the very small size of the room, I would say 8 square meters as much as possible, audibility, a terrible courtyard with habalka aunts, cleaners and completely inadequate young boys at the reception who could not decide whether we paid for the room or not, one day they found the payment, the second - no more. Yes, there were also breakfasts, kind of diverse, but that's how lucky, there were often empty dishes, they didn't clean the tables and twice I took dirty knives, in a plate with seemingly clean knives. We booked the room in advance - almost a month before check-in. On the day of arrival, they said that the reservation allegedly flew off - they referred to problems with the Booking. They offered another hotel from their network - the Art Residence Hotel. They say the hotel is even better there. They said they would call a taxi now and take us there for free. After the road, I didn't have the strength to find out anything and look for other options, so we agreed. We barely got into a taxi, a tiny car, even though there were only two of us and one small suitcase. We drove like herrings in a barrel. As a result, the taxi also turned out to be paid - no one paid for anything at the hotels. With this arrangement, we could call a comfortable taxi ourselves. Then it became clear that it was their policy to send vacationers to their nearby half-empty hotel. There were no "booking problems" in other hotels in Samarkand and Bukhara. We do not recommend this hotel - it is not known where they will settle in the end.

We booked a room at the booking office. We arrived on the specified date and found out that there were no available rooms, to the question "how did it happen?" The receptionist just shrugged. We were offered a room in another Art chain hotel within a 5-minute walk, we agreed, because it was already 5 in the morning and after a long journey I wanted to sleep. But before leaving, we decided to clarify whether there would be a similar problem in 10 days (we had to re-check into this hotel, the room was also booked through Booking). At the reception, they answered our question that they couldn't say for sure at the moment, but they would definitely "come up with something." After that, they asked to cancel the booking at the booking office (for both dates!?). I put 2 stars only because we were already settled in the neighboring Art hotel without any problems.

The excellent location is not the center, but by taxi you can quickly get to all the most important places. There are excellent restaurants nearby for every budget. The hotel itself is inexpensive. But the quality of the rooms corresponds to the price - on the ground floor, as if in an old Soviet holiday home, there is zero comfort! The Internet is bad. There is no meat for breakfast. Do not check in on the ground floor. My window did not look out onto the street, but onto the laundry room. The room is renovated like in a cheap hotel. The TV is small, it shows only local channels. The entire sewer system in the room can be heard very strongly. I will not move in there anymore. On the plus side, clean linen. Cleaning is on the level.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The hotel itself looks good, there are no refrigerators in the room, but there is a common one near the reception. The administrators always answered and helped with all questions about the city, registration, and so on. There is a cool cafe downstairs in the same building. The rooms are in good condition, European style, very clean and cozy. The sound insulation in the rooms is not bad, or we were just lucky with the neighbors)) There are several cool restaurants near the hotel where you can sit in the evening.

Quite a decent hotel. ART is hanging on the walls, ECO is apparently lying on the floor. It takes 20-30 minutes by taxi to the airport without traffic jams, but with queuing at the railway crossing and before entering the airport. The linen is clean and pleasant, there are a lot of towels. An electric kettle with sugar and tea bags in the room. There is a hairdryer, shower, hot water, air conditioning and a TV with a lot of channels. After a mountain hike, everything is striking in its whiteness and purity. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. I didn't find breakfast, I left earlier, I didn't ask for it. It is located a 20-minute walk from the Yupak Yuli metro station or five minutes by taxi. The hotel was quiet, no one bothered. I can't say about long-term accommodation, but for one or two nights it is very decent.

The best hotel we stayed in in Tashkent. The price/quality is excellent! Good staff, excellent breakfasts, large cool room with very quiet air conditioning. Daily high-quality cleaning, beautiful interiors.
Good location, great barbecue place nearby! Opposite there are shops for every taste.
In the bathroom, only the water pressure is a little small and the hot water is not very hot, I had to wash almost completely turning to the side of the hot one.

The breakfasts are the simplest, porridge, fried eggs, sliced, vegetable salad, cupcakes, omelets, pancakes were not. The room does not shine, the parquet floor is old, creaks in places. The plumbing is working. There is a problem with hot water. Apparently, the hotel saves money and turns on the heater when you ask! Then you need to wait until it heats up for 20-30 minutes. The water pressure is weak. If I go to Tashkent, I won't stay here anymore. Nearby is the Beck restaurant.
