On the first trip, of course, everything seemed to be fine, we talked with our daughter, had a conversation all the time during the treatment, at some point my daughter became afraid of the devices that the dentist uses, they tried to calm her down calmly at first, then they started to get nervous and put pressure on the child, which made the child even more afraid and we they couldn't put a normal seal, they put only a temporary one, and when the daughter started crying and didn't calm down, the doctor started behaving incorrectly, considering that this is a child who is 4 years old, saying several times that everything, she won't work like that, that's it, we're finishing, and it's all natural not to in a child-friendly tone.
We arrived for the second time, and the child was scared from the start, because the last time she left with fear, and instead of going out, talking to the child, making contact, and arranging things, the doctor sits and just waits for us to calm down and come in. I understand that my child is not perfect, she is a vulnerable girl, but here it is as if they are waiting for perfect children who will unconditionally obey, sit, and endure. You can be patient and obey if there is an established and friendly atmosphere between the doctor and the child, but this was not the case here. And the administrator, instead of improving the situation, on the contrary tells the child that there is no time to sit and calm down, another patient will come soon. Of course, this is understandable from the point of view of work processes, but how do you help the situation? To force the child to speed up and come to his senses, because others will come and we won't be in time with her? Very professional. Maybe professionally competent specialists work here, but they don't know how to work with children here. And if they can, they don't really want to.
If you have a minor dental problem and decide to come here, the risk of getting worse is very high.
Having a sensitive tooth to cold and heat, I decided to visit this place.
In total, I was there three times: I experienced pain during the procedures, and as a result, in addition to the sensitivity of the tooth to hot and cold, the problem was never solved — now my tooth hurts when I eat.
The dentists here force you to come many times, worsen your problems, communicate poorly... a place best avoided! I'll never come here again.
